Parking area is barely adequate so be aware. We enjoyed some cocktails and several different dishes of food. I had the Hot Chick sandwich plate, others enjoy the beef nachos and the fried pickles. My Hot Chick chicken sandwich was very generous and spicy with lots of fries on the side. One of my party enjoyed the Fuzzy Bunny drink so much she had three! You order food and drink at the bar. While we did not use the outdoor aspect of the venue, I assume they provide some sort of table service out there? Portions are generous and prices are typical of current venues. Overall, a charming addition to options for a adult experience in the Austin area.”

“We went to check out this place, because we wanted to go to the speakeasy in back. Upon first entry, a man greeted us and asked us about our visit and then pointed out the amenities and told us how to get to the speakeasy. At first, it was a little awkward being greeted that suddenly, but it was kind of cool too. We went straight to the back and didn’t really investigate the front bar or the patio area because it was 300° outside. We went to the speakeasy where it was pretty crowded but plenty of seating available. The bartender got to us within a relatively quick amount of time given that he was the only bartender. He mixed a good Old-fashioned as well. The only thing that I would say is I wish the lights were a little more dim in the speakeasy. And there was a little more music playing. It didn’t quite fit the speakeasy vibe that we thought we were going to get. With that said, I had a good experience overall, and I would definitely recommend stopping there and checking it out. “Nice low key spot we went on a Tuesday and it was empty but it looks like this place gets busy on the weekends. We came for the TURKEY LEGS which was loaded with alfredo rice/shrimp YUM!! I wasn’t disappointed very fulfilling, must try the fried deviled eggs, we also had the shrimp boil it was okay the potatoes could have been a bit softer, and the sausages too! We had such a sweet server/bartender and it was her first day!! You did such a great job!! See you next time!”

“Avoid this place if you appreciate good whiskey! Incredibly upsetting!! They refuse to pour any of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection (Very amazing whiskey) without pouring water in it!!!! Like, absolutely refuse to serve it neat... For a $75 / ounce product, this is offensive to an extraordinary degree. What a shame, came just for the whiskey, but left without being served after being told they refuse to serve it neat....”

“I love Elysium! Every time I visit, I feel very welcome. It's also a good creative space to just be yourself. I met new friends there, and I enjoyed looking at the art all around the venue. All the employees were nice to me and answered any questions. The big restroom there is so cool with the art in there. I also enjoy seeing shows there, since you can be nice and close to the stage. “Amazing date night experience. I’ve been barhopping the best spots in Austin for the last 5 years and would definitely rank this at the top. We went for the jazz Wednesday night as a couple and had a really great time. The lights, settings and furnishings were so elegant and chic yet cozy. Our waitress Taylor was super sweet, stylish and professional. The bites were really well done - we got the steak, salmon, fries and whipped feta. All really good flavors and seasonings. We also ordered espresso martini and the lunar eclipse, which was one of the best mezcal drinks we’ve ever had. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars was the bathrooms smell gnarly like public toilet level but other than that devil may care offers a really great experience from the food to the vibes to the service. We will be coming back!”

“Stopped by The Front Page (TFP) for lunch after picking up out-of-town guests at the airport. What a cool place ...! You order at the bar, and they bring your food out when its ready. Salads and sandwiches mostly, so we tried one of each. The Greek Salad was very good, nice dressing served on the side. Ample salad for two to share. After a bit of conversation with the bartender we choose the traditional Italian sandwich. A nice-sized sammy, perfect to split for two. The bread was very fresh, and there was a good-sized portion of Italian meats and cheese. We liked TFP and would go back to try other things on the menu. Recommend TFP for a good salad, sandwich or combo!”
