“We were just here for a friend's birthday party and what a cool, beautiful venue. From the decor, lighting and DJ booth and back room, the design and attention to detail is obvious with coat hooks everywhere. The sound system was great for our particularly discerning crowd. We stayed and danced way later than we meant to and an amazing time was had by all. Staff was so nice. A great place for dates, friend meet ups and birthdays. Bonus: pinball machines! We will be back soon!”

“The Someday Bar is a cozy bar with a great feel. When walking in, you can see this is where the local crowd hangs out. They have a great beer selection and plenty of food options. We sat down, checked out the menu, and placed our order at the bar (they don’t have servers so you need to order from the bar). My wife said it was one of the best Cosmos she has had and by far the best on the trip. We sat for a bit and our food came out quickly. We had a larger lunch so we decided to share the Someday Burger. The flavor of everything was amazing. The gouda really came through and the burger was cooked perfectly. The seasoning on the fries elevated the flavor to another level. It is a good thing we decided to share the burger. It was a lot of food and we both said we would have pounded the whole thing and had to be rolled out, lol. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the Someday Bar and would recommend it to anyone.”

“The service was… not great. The bartender kept taking my friend’s menu away and then coming back later to ask her what she would like to order like five minutes later. How was she supposed to remember? I thought maybe Logan’s Run had a problem with misplaced menus? The behavior made no sense and just cost the business orders. Around what should have been Round Two she took the menu away and my friend just never registered a second drink. It wasn’t particularly busy or anything… The bartender was just not focused, or maybe had not been well trained. The weak service was not the biggest deal though. The food was salty to the point of being inedible. Both of us had the same experience with two different dishes. I thought the space was charming though! Making the service and food a twofold shame.”

Since I am a horror freak and consider myself quite morbid, I absolutely loved the ambiance of this place, in spite of it being a tad dark. Before sitting at the bar, I was pretty taken with all the amazing wax heads that they have on display. The bartender that I had was friendly, and he could really whip up a great and strong cocktail. They have a good-sized menu for drinks and reasonable priced, in my opinion. It's definitely a place to check out before or after a movie or if you are just shopping in the area. I will most certainly come back in the future.”

If you’re going for hot cider or a hot toddy in a cute gingerbread cup like the winter menu pictures show, make sure to call ahead & confirm. I went in early December & they weren’t serving it (yet). It was very confusing. Another time, the bartender was a tad too creepy for me & my friend. But other than those two occasions, I enjoyed my time. The drinks are really strong and flavorable, which is also greatly appreciated. I think this is a great spot I’d love to try again with a date.”

“After entering through a general store/coffee shop upfront (its main function during the day actually), you end up in an almost, dare I say, cavern-like restaurant. To be clear, I mean that in the best possible way. Inside the back, you'll find a dimly lit space that somehow achieves that hard balance of feeling like you're in a restaurant and in a bar at the same time (again, the best way possible). The cocktails are inventive and well done and the wine list is surprisingly well-priced. For food, you have plenty of small plate options worth checking out: from the sushi rice crisps to the chicken liver mouse and scallop corn fritters. While on the larger plate options, we have the shrimp udon (for those expecting a bowl of soup to show up, a heads-up: it's just the noodles with toppings and no broth but delicious nonetheless) as well as the roasted pork sticky rice. All in all, the place reminds me of a pan-Asian tapas restaurant. Even the restaurant themselves describes the entire menu as "smaller plates designed for snacking, sharing, and pairing" and I think that's pretty spot on. My suggestion? Come here with the expectation that you're about to order multiple plates to try a bit of each, drink creative cocktails and reasonably priced wine, and enjoy the vibe with someone you maybe want to get to know better.”
