Tim the GM met us upon arrival , and popped in at meals randomly for a quick chat - a nice touch. Villa was very nice. At this price point , Mini bar etc was all inclusive (as it SHOULD be) Location is fantastic , a real proper hidden gem IMO. Staff were flexible and helpful in our last minute requests and tours. If you love wombats , are fit are adventurous and have a bit of cash you must visit 🙂 Also many tracks in and around the place for some walking or biking fun Cons A notable touch of wear around the villa noted from previous clients. Alittle dirty / dusty here n there. Included bikes are in need of a clean up and service (almost unusable) but the kids bike was new. Can I suggest a basic tool kit in each villa so clients can adjust bikes / seat height etc. Also please try to guarantee Wifi access - it failed today and while we were leaving , others relying on the ‘net for work or kids entertainment might be slightly miffed Keen to come back in a year or so - hopefully with some clean new bikes and a good once over the facility 🙂”
