“Myself and family stayed here for roughly 2 and a half weeks due to a family emergency landing us in the area. Despite the circumstances of our being there, this hotel went above and beyond and delivered an amazing experience. They honestly helped us through a very tough time. Every single staff member was helpful. Every single staff member was polite. The breakfast staff was phenomenal and the breakfast offerings were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Pasticciotto. Front desk staff were very accommodating and jumped to assist with even the slightest things. They also happily called a local taxi service when needed. The doormen/ bar staff were exceptionally gracious and assisted the mobility impaired members of my family with an electronic ramp down the front-entrance steps. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were always kept up well. Housekeeping staff were extremely responsive to even minor requests Even in poor circumstances, this was honestly the best hotel stay I have ever had. To all the staff, my family thanks you.”

“Let's start with the good things: We had double rooms with balcony and were happy with the size. The direct beach location with free sunbeds and parasols was our deciding factor. There is also parking directly at the hotel. Our compliments also go to the cleaning ladies for the quick and good cleaning. The complex is already getting on in years, but is well maintained. And now the rest follows: Room: not soundproofed, you can hear everything, how the neighbours talk, their alarm clock, how they turn the lights on and off... WiFi is unsecured and not stable at all. TV - my work monitor is bigger. Also, you have to pay separately for beach towels in a beach hotel, 5€/beach towel. Bogus sustainability. Although we did not throw our towels on the floor, they were replaced. In addition, the air conditioning is always turned on by the cleaning staff and runs all day, even though we are not there and do not need it. Restaurant: 0 stars. It does not belong in a 4* hotel. The food at the airport tasted better than the food in this restaurant. Italian food is much more and tastier than served there. Breakfast very basic with little choice between cereals & co (no unsweetened alternatives) or sandwiches. Only good thing is the coffee and a selection of fresh fruits. We also tried lunch and dinner. Afterwards we were glad that we only booked breakfast. It is an impertinence to serve industrially produced noodles in a 4* hotel and also as a chef's recommendation, especially for the price. Food without any taste. Our question about the wine also remained unanswered, we were simply served two glasses of red wine that we didn't like at all, without even having the opportunity to taste them. Good service is different. Parking: our car mirror was damaged there. But it's not the hotel's fault. All in all, not worth the money. We were very surprised how this hotel had such good reviews among all platforms.”

“We visited Masseria Cappella for around 4 hours to learn about masserias in general, make pasta and mozzarella followed by a degustation of home-made food and wine. We were the only ones on the day, it was reasonably priced and our parents had such a great time. Would definitely recommend doing it.”

“I stayed at the hotel for 5 days with a group of 27 people. We used single, double and triple rooms. Very good location of the hotel, close to the central station, from which we traveled to many cities in Puglia. Hotel on a side street, peace and quiet. Close to public transport stops. Rooms very well equipped, clean. We enjoyed very good breakfasts. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. It was a nice stay. I sincerely recommend it.”

“0 star. The bed was uncomfortable but the worst was the bathroom. The curtain and the shower’s walls were disgusting with mold and dirty, it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. A person came to clean the room after we communicate but it didn’t look much better afterwards. It was a bit loud and stinky from the entry, very unpleasant. We chose this hotel because of the location but it wasn’t worthy at all. We left and found a clean decent one.”

“One of the best hotel’s I’ve stayed in. I very rarely write reviews for hotels (my job requires my partner and I to stay at a lot of hotels) but Arryvo was outstanding. My husband and I came to this hotel twice on our Honeymoon as a quick stop off between other destinations. The staff we helpful and went out of their way to help us we were made to feel instantly welcome. The reception staff were excellent. The rooms were clean and modern, the shower was good, and the bed comfortable. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room - but the bar downstairs made one of the best coffees I’ve had in Italy. If you’re looking for somewhere, clean, simple, modern and easy then this is the place for you. Lecce is a bit of late night town so they provide earplugs too. I will definitely return if I can.”
