Carrer de les Magdalenes, 13, 15, Ciutat Vella, 08002 Barcelona, Spain
“I had an outstanding experience at Catalonia Magdalenes in Barcelona, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Adam. His friendly and professional demeanor made our stay truly memorable. Adam went above and beyond, offering valuable recommendations for exploring the city and promptly assisting with anything we needed. His dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable. The hotel was very well located close to all the sites, CLEAN, super comfortable beds, great amenities, food was delicious, and great service and staff! I highly recommend this hotel, and kudos to Adam for making our stay delightful. We will certainly be back!”
C/ de Sant Pau, 9-11, Ciutat Vella, 08001 Barcelona, Spain
“Unfortunately this hotel cant be considered as a 4-star hotel. Best case this is a 3-star, if you will get the room we have its 2-stars. The faucet in bathroom is not working its closing on its own, the sink seems to be broken cause its leaking water all over the place, the toilet is smelly even after cleaning and the bedding could have been better. The towels are more grey than white. And the internet is like from previous era. Its not working. I tried to download my son's homewroks for 2 days with no success. This is not a hotel for family stay, for students maybe. There is still garbage on the floor even after cleaning. Worst stay ever. Wont recommend.”
LV-4241, 25283 Lladurs, Lleida, Spain
“Not as amazing as expected. It's great for dining and offers a fantastic breakfast, but falls short on details. The pool was dirty, special requests forgotten and mattress was mediocre. Service during breakfast and dinner deserve a special thanks, both ladies did all they could to deliver a premium experience without making it feel forced.”
Via Augusta, 5, Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, 08006 Barcelona, Spain
“This was our first hotel stay in Barcelona in June 2023. The staff was exceptional, top notch, and highly professional. They were great at recommending sites to see and which tour groups were the best. We had a wonderful view of the city in our terrace room. The positive was we were far enough from the tourist traffic but within walking distance of the nearest metro station. If and when we visit Barcelona again, this would be the ONLY hotel I'd stay at!!”
Calle San José, 39, 08870 Sitges, Barcelona, Spain
“Room 226 was big enough for the two of us, with a XXL bed and a balcony with a great view on the pool and exposure. Breakfast was enjoyable with large hours, so we did not need to rush. The reception was very helpful for all our demands (sunshade, taxi, cloakroom) and we did appreciate the complementary drink offered at another hotel of the group, with amazing rooftop view. It went above our expectations and we'll certainly book this hotel again. Great location, close to every points of interest for us.”
Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 574, L'Eixample, 08011 Barcelona, Spain
“Price reasonable, staffs are nice, and helpful, bfast is good, location is minutes away to la ramblas and plaza catalunya, metro /sub-way is 5 mins walk. Two things that I did not like, 1. The room that I got has no cabinet for clothes 2. No view.”
C. de Vilamarí, 34, 36, L'Eixample, 08015 Barcelona, Spain
“A beautiful hotel with excellent and attentive staff. Loved our experience here. The room was impeccable and a lot of variety was available in the breakfast options. The staff attended us very well. The location is great as well, with well connected metro and bus options. Recommend 🙂”
C/ del Pintor Fortuny, 9, Ciutat Vella, 08001 Barcelona, Spain
“A classic case of “you get what you pay for”. The room is ok, no tea or coffee making facilities but a comfortable (if not squeaky) bed and a decently sized shower. The location is great, being just a 2 minute walk from La Rambla. We spent a pleasant 3 nights here and were able to visit the city on foot and with nearby transport links.”
C/ de Roger de Llúria, 28, L'Eixample, 08010 Barcelona, Spain
“Location, location, location. ||One word says it’s all. So close to everything.||Very spacious rooms with jacuzzi and we had a small balcony overlooking Barcelona, so nice.||Breakfast has lot of varieties and tasty as well.||I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!”
Ap, Passeig Dalmau, 63, 17820 Banyoles, Girona, Spain
“Hotel from the 70s with a very doubtful renovation. Clean rooms (not the terrace) but it needs a real updating. After arrival, we were told we had no towels (apparently problems with dry cleaners), but they were on the way. We were given 1 towel to share between 2 of us. We went to bed with no towels and we had no towels in the morning. 100 euros for a bedroom with no air conditioning and no towels? Definitely not worth that. What a shame.”
Carrer de Sant Antoni, 253, 17252 Calonge, Girona, Spain
“Very good hotel for a weekend or vacation, well bed, pretty and clean room, beauty decor, welcoming staff they speak English, French. Lovely landscape on the seaside, shop, buses nearby and beach at 100m perfect ! I recommended centerpiece with cheap price”
