“We reserved a “suite” in the hotel. Accommodations were comfortable and it had a nice rooftop private balcony. There was a peculiar smell in the apartment but once we opened windows and let fresh air in it went away. Very comfortable for a family of 4 as it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have everything you need for a few days here. Location: to get here from the train station or airport you’ll need to take a water taxi and then walk about 10+ minutes to the location. Really not ideal with luggage or at night. Customer Service: front desk staff was nice but did not interact much to elaborate. Would I stay here again? Probably not because location isn’t great.”

“A comfortable hotel on a quiet street in Verona. The building is old but beautifully restored. Our room was large, with two small balconies. The bed was large, and the mattress was firm. A well-stocked breakfast bar is available at an additional charge. The staff were very helpful in locating services we needed. There is a post office and a large office supply store just across the street. It is located just minutes away from Piazza Bra and other tourist attractions.”

During this period, we received full help from the hotel staffs Miss Jessica and Serena, making it easy for us to travel to Venice and shopping trip, this is a great hotel. Except for the location which is little far away from the city, everything else is perfect. Especially there are have a bus station that can travel directly to Venice Island in 25 minutes. It is a unique place. It is recommended to stay here.”

“I stayed at Casa in Campagna in Torreglia and had a wonderful experience. The farmhouse was surrounded by fruit trees and a vineyard, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was super friendly, and I appreciated that the place was pet friendly. The typical Italian breakfast was a delightful treat. The rooms were pretty, well kept, and impeccably clean. I would definitely love to come back in the future. Also, for dessert lovers, I highly recommend visiting Buddineria Budineria Naturalmente in the neighboring village for some delicious pudding.”

“We stayed here for 7 days in September. We were satisfied with the amenities of the hotel. Our room was not so big but they have a big locker to store our clothes for the duration and a nice shelf on the bottom where you could store 1 big luggage. They clean the room daily. It was only 1 day that I noticed the cleaner has not vacuumed our floor cos I can see some of my hair on the floor. Otherwise, everything good. We have a small veranda that is shared with the room next door. Their breakfast is very good. The personnel are very good. Danielle is a sweet young lady manning the reception. The hotel is located at the end of the main road where you find restaurants. and stores Beyond the hotel would be an area which is residential and mostly apartments for rent. If ever we would come here again in the future, we will definitely stay here again. The sunbed was included and no need to pay. At this time of the year, it was a bit cold early and late in the evening. Otherwise, you could still sunbathe the whole day. There is a bus stop close to the hotel, bus stop nr. 58. We took this going to the main bus station of Jesolo to change to a bus to San Marco Polo airport. Travel time circa 40 min. Important to buy your bus ticket from the main bus station since you cannot buy from the driver. There were less people in Jesolo at this time of the year so it was a very relaxing vacation.”

“We stayed at the Cesare Augustus for a week from the 1st Sept. This is a very good hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels and bed linen are replaced at the same time. We stayed half board and found the food excellent in the evening. The menu is shown in the morning. Although it's buffet style the selection is very good. We had the choice of grilled fish, gambas prawns, ribeye steak together with many other dishes. The sunbeds by the pool cost 15 euros a day. This seems a lot but they are to die for, wider than a single bed and very comfortable. The pool is cool and refreshing if you are brave enough! The ladies on reception speak good English and are very helpful. The hotel is well positioned on the beach front, with plenty of good restaurants, bars and shops on the main road approx 80 yards behind the hotel. This main street is closed to all traffic from 6pm, so it's full of families and couples just enjoying their evening out. This resort is family friendly, no stag or hen parties to be seen! We would return here in a couple of years time as the resort grew on us. Great atmosphere in the evening with everybody very welcoming.”

“We chose this hotel based on mostly positive guest reviews, but unfortunately we had to be disappointed in several ways. The first negative was immediately upon check-in, because even though it was stated on Booking that the languages spoken were English, German, Spanish, Italian, the lady at the reception answered almost all of our English questions in Italian, even though we said that we didn't understand, she still only spoke in Italian. Later in the bar and restaurant the experience was similar, the servers and waiters were only willing to communicate in Italian. We have regularly experienced that the receptionist or the waiter at the bar understood what we asked in English, but he simply refused to answer in English, only in Italian. From a hotel located in such a frequented location, this is quite embarrassing. We could not complain about the cleanliness of the room, it was cleaned every day, we received new towels several times during our stay, and the staff even folded the bedspread and our pajamas. The location of the hotel is excellent, there are plenty of restaurants and several grocery stores nearby, and the beach is a 3-minute walk away. In addition, the price includes an umbrella and two deckchairs, so you don't have to pay extra on the beach. The night life was a disappointment for us, the only nightclub in the area was closed, and the streets were usually completely empty by midnight. However, the biggest disappointment was the kitchen. You can basically live well with the buffet breakfast, although the selection is not very wide and they were always the same. However, the dinner was clearly not worth the price: the portions were very small, moreover, in most cases they were not very tasty, the fried meats were not seasoned, and I don't think they even had any salt. The dinner itself is a menu system, you can choose from five types of appetizers (including two types of soup) and five types of main course. Also, it's worth considering that breakfast is only available from 8 a.m., you can't go earlier. This cut back many of our planned programs, since by public transport Venice is approx. an hour and a half, by the time you get somewhere by train, you can almost come home. This is quite problematic, in other accommodations where we were previously, you could go to breakfast from 6 o'clock. Overall, the hotel was more pleasant than not, but we definitely didn't get what we expected.”

“This hotel is a disgrace Firstly, I booked a room for 5 people (4 adults and 1 child aged 13) and then went to the room only to find out that three beds were there (1 double and 2 singles), instead of five as promised on the website. Another issue were the towels of which there was 3 larger ones and 2 smaller ones near the sink (not enough for 5 people). Then we went to the reception to inform them about these issues and the lady offered us a €20 discount if 3 people slept on one double bed meant for two people (which is outrageous, especially after being up since 4am and travelling for the whole day). We of course said that this would not be an option due to the lack of space and the lady told us that she would bring another bed in 30 minutes (we ended up waiting an hour). Furthermore, this was at night so we wanted to get some food after a long journey- which we didn’t get to do, due to the long wait. Additionally, the sink would not drain from the first use ,the hairdryer did not work and the fan extractor in the bathroom was broken. SKY TV was promised on the website and was even written down in the room- however there was no SKY TV when we checked! The kitchen was completely unequipped, with not even a kettle to make tea. The pictures on the website are misleading as the bed frames were scratched and looked used. A more minor issue was the unavailability of breakfast if it was overbooked. The location if this hotel is horrible, close to bars/pubs so lots of shouting at night. Lastly, there was wifi promised in all areas of the hotel yet as soon as we went into our room it had disconnected- which was a major issue due to the lack of roaming abroad. The only positive comment I can say is that the housekeeper was very polite and respectful and the room was quite clean.”

“Last summer I visited this spa pool twice and I have to say that my experiences were absolutely horrible. It seems that both times I was treated like I was stupid, and I am completely done with it. First, they promised certain things, such as specific services and amenities, which they then failed to deliver on. This is disappointing in itself, but what really made this situation unbearable was that they started threatening the police. Yes, you read correctly, with the police! I was stunned and confused by their behavior and it wasn't long before I went home crying because of the whole frenzy. Naturally, after this traumatic experience, I contacted the manager to voice my complaints. What did I get? Only excuses. It seems they think excuses are enough to make up for such outrageous treatment. Well, they certainly aren't. What surprised me even more was that my parents, who stood up for my rights, ended up being blacklisted. This is absolutely unacceptable and a violation of my rights as a client. But it gets worse. Besides my own disappointing experience, I had also taken three Dutch friends to this spa pool, and they too were shocked by what happened. It's not just my personal story, but a whole group of people who felt cheated by this place. It is sad that a place meant to offer relaxation and pampering has instead caused so much stress and frustration for all of us. Clearly, improvements are desperately needed at this spa pool, and I hope future clients will have a better experience than we did. In any case, I will never return here again.”
