“we spent New Year's Eve in this hotel, from December 30, 2023 to January 2, 2024, and we were thrilled with it. The huge room, excellently heated and well equipped, with modern furniture, very soft topper on firm mattresses, two other beds (which we didn't use) which seemed equally comfortable, large bathroom with spacious shower. Excellent food, with a always replenished buffet (even for breakfast close to the deadline, where in other hotels they start to take stuff away, here they added more), self-service drinks (even with three types of wine). Truly exquisite, helpful staff, since unfortunately almost everything in the area was closed on New Year's Eve, they were very helpful in giving us directions on how to get to Bellaria and what to do there (even calling the person who manages the local tourist "train"), and they organized evenings music and games for the little ones, in the large games room in the hall. Everything was very clean even though it was a holiday. Really well done to all the staff!”

Close to the beach, excellent infrastructure available (with parasol and two deckchairs, restaurant, events). The value of the hotel is very fair, 3 meals a day of excellent quality. Very friendly hotel staff! In the province of Ravenna there are also amusement parks and, of course, the beautiful city of Ravenna, with its mosaics and Dante's tomb.”

“We was there before 2 Months, I and my fiancee it was really nice and price for all inclusive was good with that that hotel have Sea view which is 80m from Sea and in the middle of 'happenings'. Stuff was friendly and nice maybe only they should learn to speak at least better English so guests can understand them what they want to say, also it will be nice when Pool is open till at least 22, not till 19 with 2 hours Pause between because Pool keeper going on his brake.. little bit stupid.. rooms was nice and clean balcony cute and small food was oke not special but topical Buffet.. wines was good and the best part of everything was our Server "Anna" she working there about 7 years already and she is overclarified for that place, she know how to serve, looking when something is empty speak German and English and Totally thankfull and friendly and she is reason why we will come back again!! “Don't get distracted by the 3-star rating. I've stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels that couldn't keep up with this nice small hotel. Very friendly staff, the rooms are not big but well maintained and clean. The whole hotel is. The restaurant in the hotel serves excellent food. We stayed here the night before our cruise and I can definitely recommend this. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the port as well (you need to reserve this and pay for it, but it's very convenient). Should we ever be in this area again we would stay and eat here again 100%”

“The hotel had heavy construction going on during our stay, we were not advised about this at booking nor again at check - in. the room given to us was right next to construction site and when we complained immediately after check-in due to very loud hammering at 5pm, we were advised, ' we are full' which was not correct. only after complaining again on day two were we moved to the other side of the building. not a very good experience! Hotels MUST advise guests when construction is occuring. Restaurant was closed and no amenities were available such as bicycles. only saving aspect was the room service staff that were very helpful.”

“This hotel is located in a strategic spot in the down town of Misano Adriatico and well managed by a family.. It is worth for money. Rooms are very clean and in line with the 3 stars standard. Maybe the forniture might me upgraded a bit, as well as the elevator old and slow. The breakfast is wide and good more italian than international one. I find its range time a bit late (7.30 10) Check in and check out arevery speedy. It is noteworthy the fee parking. Very recommended especially for families”
