Closed until 03:00 PM

1150 Cataract Lake Rd, Williams, AZ 86046, United States

“Update: I was contacted by the general manager who was able to work with me towards an agreement. I am pleased that she reached out and took her time to ensure my needs were being heard and met. I appreciate her time and support with coming with a solution. I accidently made a reservation at the wrong Holiday Inn Express. I was trying to book a room quickly because of the weather (snowing). I arrived at the wrong hotel and realized my mistake. They would not work with me in canceling because it was not within 24 hours despite making the booking approximately 30 minutes before. I had to book the room at the Holiday Inn that I arrived so have an extra room that is not being used. No compassion what so ever. Just take your money despite value of "True Hospitality".”

“Michele was great checking us in. Had a great personality that got our stay off to a great start. She was right, they had a great breakfast buffet. Room was comfortable although bed was a little stiffer than I like. Overall would recommend.”

Cambria Hotel Downtown Phoenix Convention Center

Closed until 03:00 PM

222 E Portland St, Phoenix, AZ 85004, United States

“Noise from hallway as doors closed in the morning. Noise from music at rooftop bar (closes at midnight). The mattress and pillows were a bit soft for my own personal liking. Lighting was adequate. No visible hotel security. No valet and no parking garage.”

Kachina Lodge
4.1
( 8 reviews )

5 Village Loop Drive, Grand Canyon Village, AZ 86023, United States

“We spent over $500 for two nights at the kachina lodge with absolutely no parking set aside for guests. Beware that parking is on a first come first serve basis for the entire park, regardless of if you paid for accommodations. My husband and I had to wait hours for a spot near our lodge so that we didn’t have to hike up the hill with heavy luggage and bags. My husband asked to speak with the manager, Janie, three separate times and she refused to come out and speak with us. The poor front desk employee had to stand there in her defense as the manager would not come out to rectify the situation. We spent a lot of money to be told we had no parking. Next time, we will not waste our money to stay on site. Accommodation parking rules need to be reformed.”

Lake Powell Resort

“Let's start with the positive: The location is amazing. The views are incredible! The amenities are great. They have two pools which are super nice and clean and the view from both of them is breathtaking. Most of the staff was lovely. There was one person who was our host at breakfast who didn't seem pleased to be there. Everyone else we encountered were extremely pleasant. The lobby is well kept and modern with a restaurant and Starbucks. I know there was a fitness center but I did not go into it. Negative: Everything about the rooms except the view. First, we were given a room that smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in. My son has asthma so I asked for another room. The next room smelled fine but the carpet was gross. Everything is super outdated. Our door wouldn't close sometimes. Another person in our hallway ordered food and set the plate outside their room. It was there for our entire 3 day stay. I wish they would do a major facelift to the rooms. I think it's a stretch to continue to call yourself a resort when the rooms are clearly not anything you would encounter at a resort.”

Hampton Inn Carefree
4.1
( 16 reviews )
Closed until 04:00 PM

2 Easy St, Carefree, AZ 85377, United States

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn Carefree for two nights while on a business trip. While I'm not one to wax poetic about hotels, I have to say that my experience here was genuinely positive and worth sharing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Carefree and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and some stunning desert scenery. I managed to squeeze in a few short hikes during my downtime, and the views were breathtaking. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability—no single-use items cluttering up the bathroom! The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of hot and cold options to satisfy any morning craving. The coffee was strong, and the waffles were perfectly crispy – what more could you ask for? I didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but they looked clean and inviting. The outdoor fire pit area was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at the Hampton Inn Carefree, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.”
