“We had an excellent stay here! The hotel is very nice and immaculately clean, bed was very comfortable as well. Location was perfect, right across the street from the Casino and allows quick access to the all the top attractions in Baden Baden. Even with the outdoor concert happening at the casino during our stay our room was completely silent. All of the staff was very welcoming and friendly and made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast here is an incredible buffet and should not be missed.”

“Room is spacious and good. Bed mattress is comfortable. Sofa bed cushion is however too thin and uncomfortable. There are 2 points which made us felt really unhappy. Point 1 - We checked in the room and found out that they did not provide us extra room slippers for our child. We called and asked for an extra pair. But instead of sending this to our room. They asked us to collect it downstairs. For a 4 star hotel this is a no go. We insisted that they send it to our room. They were not happy but they did it. But not without a sour face. Point no. 2. Almost the same issue.. this time, we found out that there was only 1 small bottle of moisturiser in the bath room. We were 3. I called and asked for another 2 bottles. The receptionist was not happy again. Maybe she remembered what happened to the slipper issue. She argued that 1 small bottle should be enough for the 3 of us. The bottle is so small that it seemed ridiculous for anyone to accept this argument. I challenged her again and it took me a while to convince her to give me another 2 bottles. All in all, I have never seen such stingy acts of a receptionist in a 4 star hotel. There goes my 1 star rating for her services. She is also very rude and not kind.”

“This is a great hotel that is situated in a more residential area of the city. If you're looking for a place that is quiet for sleeping, and to enjoy a peaceful meal or to read a book outside, this is the place. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are very clean, and the hotel was extremely quiet. We brought my parents, who were staying in a hotel in Europe for the first time ever, and they thought it was lovely. The staff is very friendly. The elevator was fast and worked well. Complimentary bottles of water (large ones) are available at the front lobby, and the breakfast included a little bit of everything (American style breakfast, German specialties, etc). My husband and I are vegan, my parents are not; everyone had a full belly after breakfast. This hotel is not easy to access from public transportation if you have large suitcases, but if you take a taxi or Uber, and then deposit the baggage in your room, you can walk to the downtown area within 10-15 minutes. I absolutely recommend this hotel.”
