The rooms were very clean,newly refurbished and well equipped. The whole hotel was very modern and clean. The staff were very helpful and caring. After a comfortable good night's sleep we headed down down for a light breakfast in which they had something for everyone to enjoy. There was a calm atmosphere at the hotel throughout which was lovely. I would recommend this hotel to families, couples or people staying on their own. Thank you for the stay.”

“Although I have had a short stay this time, it has been a very pleasant one. There was a warm welcome from the friendly check-in employee and a literally warm welcome when I entered my room. Outside it was cold and windy, but my room was cosy and warm. Very, very nice. I had a great, clean room with a nice view and one of the best beds ever. The hotel is situated in a modern and quiet area, just two minutes walk from a tram stop. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices and also here, very friendly employees. No better way for a good start of the day. There are only a few hotels where I have felt so welcome as in this hotel; a 10 out of 10! Thank you. I will be back and I surely would recommend this hotel.”

“One star minus for smell inside. Too much smells food and cigarettes - when someone smokes outside. The restaurant is old, in interesting design, wall papers in toilet (what I think is cute). Waiter was friendly and speaking English. We waited for our hot dish around 20 min which was normal. Restaurant was full. The location is wonderful, the food and wine amazing and the staff and owners could not have been more attentive and went above and beyond. I would have given the rooms a five star as well, but in places they just need some little touches to bring back to top notch (but these very little touches are understandable after the very tough couple of years of the dreaded Covid and they do not in anyway detract from the experience) PS My score would have been 4.5 stars for the room if allowed.
