“We paid for baggage as the hotel was offered as luggage office. The girl from the reception was not showing any empathy or flexibility. I ask her if I can just left a hat with the baggage I was booked. She said no, and asked to pay a supplement for a hat... Unbelievable! When we picked our baggage I asked if I could use the toilet because I was in need, she said to me to go to a public toilet next to the castle instead of allowing me to go to the hotel's toilet. I do not pay for a room... but I paid for a service from the hotel. I have never experienced this in my life. You lost a customer, never will choose this place again or recommend, rooms seem nice from the web, but the first you need to take care is about your staff. You are taking the risk of losing many customers... I feel very bad after this experience. Hope it does not happen again. Good luck.”
