“We first stayed at the Arrowhead Inn on our Wedding night and had not been back since. We were celebrating my wives high school reunion and decided to revisit the place. This time we went for the Lipscomb room, which is the original master bedroom for the house. We also had enough time to see the spectacular grounds. All in all it was a wonderful weekend, being pampered in style. The food was quite good and the room was magnificent. Our only complaint was the height of the bed. My wife is rather short so getting in and out was a challenge.”

“Floor 1, tile floor is greasy slick in the room ,and the room smells like mold/mildew. We are here with 20 other people that said their rooms are similar....I spoke w the front desk and they said this is nothing they can do. The $14 breakfast buffet was just ok, but had one waitress that was just rude, no point in tipping because she literally did nothing and made you feel like you were inconveniencing her....most hotels have the same or better food for free. And i can't say I've ever complained about the the coffee at any hotel, but it was like half coffee and half water. We will never come back here.”

“This hotel was one of the worst experiences I had. The breakfast was not good, the eggs were liquidated, and it was a bed experience. Before I had checked in, as I was on the road I called the hotel staff and informed them that I wanted to use a different card….and told them I would be using a different card…however my card was authorized and without my permission. After getting that straightened out, my family discovered the rooms and beds were small. I dealt with rude staff at time as I was asking for simple things….there was a couple right next to our room was fighting and it escalated to a serious domestic dispute. They stayed the next day…my wife couldn’t sleep at all that day, and was terrified because she self unsafe. I addressed our concerns to the hotel staff, but they dismissed them until the next day, they finally had to call the police and have them to kick the couple out. Finally I fell after I was trying to return a luggage dolly that had defective wheels. It was raining and the ramp was very slippery. I created an incident report.”

“I stay in a lot of hotels, and this hotel was cool, but there were just a few things that could have been better First off, the service here is excellent - everyone is very professional and the Valet team is excellent, and very helpful The location is good, and fairly convenient, but you really do need the Valet - there is no parking nearby. For those walking, the Innovation Quarter is under construction, so the entire block behind the hotel is under construction, and there is no street parking. The construction isn't loud or anything - just inconvenient and in the way. The room itself was alright - I love the historic feeling of the building, but becuase it is historic, it's quite creaky, and you can hear a lot of the other patrons. My particular shower wasn't the best, but it was fine. The beds are very comfortable Overall a good stay in a good part of Downtown, with good staff”

“Decent hotel. Hallways looked to be in need of an update but the room looked great. Pretty clean. Comfortable bed. A/C has the constant fan option which I prefer. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little lacking and coffee wasn't good, but for free, it's fine. Plenty of food options within a 5-10 minute drive. Good bar and grill in walking distance. No issues, would stay there again if I'm ever in the area.”
