“The good stuff: The hotel was clean with a friendly atmosphere. We checked in at night, so it wasn't very busy and the staff was very helpful answering my questions. Breakfast had a variety of foods and drinks to choose from and was well stocked. There is a huge parking garage with free parking for hotel guests, so that was wonderful. The not so great: we reserved a single king bed room but upon check in were informed they only had rooms with double queen beds remaining unless we wanted to wait an hour, so we were assigned one of them. When we got to our room, we noticed the shampoo and soap hadn't been restocked, so we tried calling down to the front desk but our phone didn't work. I ended up just walking back down and asking for the things we needed. The pool area was not stocked with towels so we had to again ask the front desk for some. For the price, we got a nice place to stay for the night and friendly staff, but this hotel could benefit from being properly stocked in the rooms and pool area.”

“Are you looking for a Home Away from Home! Well, stop looking and book your stay NOW!!!! Truly a great experience each and every time I have stayed (yup I've been multiple times). Nancy was super accommodating my most recent stay which was pretty last minute. If you are looking for a host that is professional, friendly, and authentic, then you are looking for Nancy. The overall experience is top notch from the facility itself to the community experience with all the other guests. Each visit I have met new people that are sociable and freely willing to engage in conversation. I've told myself multiple times I'm going to go to bed early just so that I can get an early start for the next day; only to find myself staying up much later than I wanted to because I got caught up chatting away with new acquaintances. The facility is very clean, and the accommodations are just right, regardless of the length of your stay. Nancy and her crew are the type of hospitable folks that make your stay feel like an extension of your own home. I also want to give a shout-out to Alex for being so welcoming on each of my follow up stays. It's always nice when you are remembered, but when you can tell that someone is authentic when they greet you with a smile on their face while they say "Welcome Back!" honestly it just starts your stay off on an even more positive note!”

“I selected this hotel because of the close proximity to the CU Campus. It was clean and had a unique inviting vibe. However, the room was very cold. Either the thermostat was not working or the hotel set the temperature so guest were unable to adjust. Also, the internet was sketchy which prevented downloading an TV app to watch movies.”
