“The room was very comfortable, good size and very clean. The same about the bathroom. The swimming pool has a very good size and the water was very warm. Both receptionists, Ray and Connie, were very kind. Ray recognized my elite status with Best Western, and gave me 2 bottles of water. Roxi took well care of breakfast, which was very complete! The hotel is in very good shape, with the exception of the elevator. The elevator did a pretty scary noise, and it was not working for a few minutes. It needs service. Good and safe location of the hotel. The $100.01 deposit was pending in my credit card for 8 days (it was cancelled after 8 days of my stay).”

“Literally, the worst customer service on the planet. I have never experienced/witnessed so much disrespect from a hotel in my entire life. Do not book wedding events at this hotel. If you a person of color just know the disrespect starts at the door. Out of the entire staff the only people in that building that have some type of mannerisms are the banquet hall workers (not the managers of them). Ali and his fellow teammates were amazingly understanding, helpful and moved with precision. Superior of the building- disrespectful Bartender during the wedding- disrespectful Honesty DO NOT BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE. Once they have your money, they will treat you how they want to treat you rather than how you should be treated for your big day.”

“Staff was very nice, kind and helpful. Breakfast was quite good with sausage, eggs, potatoes and waffles plus toast,pastries, yogurt and fruit. Rooms were clean though the bed was a bit hard. It seemed to be newer. Looked like a recent renovation to spruce up the property.”
