“Charming Boutique Stay in Cleveland We recently had the pleasure of staying at Glidden House in Cleveland, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's quaint boutique charm, coupled with its friendly and helpful staff, made our visit truly memorable. The location proved to be ideal, especially for those attending events at Severance Hall. A mere 10-minute walk to the concert venue made our stay incredibly convenient. The surrounding area felt clean and safe, contributing to a pleasant and worry-free atmosphere. The staff at Glidden House deserves special mention for their warm hospitality and assistance throughout our stay. Their friendliness added a personal touch to our visit, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. As for the accommodation itself, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Cleveland. The overall ambiance of the boutique hotel added a unique and charming touch to our stay. I wish it was a little quieter, but its a hotel and others movements are hard to control. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which, while not extravagant, proved to be more than adequate. It provided a good start to our day and added to the overall value of our stay. In conclusion, Glidden House offers a charming and comfortable retreat in the heart of Cleveland. Whether you're attending a concert at Severance Hall or exploring the city, this boutique hotel provides a welcoming haven with excellent service. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Cleveland.”

“Excellent HGI property that lives up to the quality standards you'd expect. The staff is particularly outstanding as I had a booking error (my fault) and they made sure I was able to get the kind of room I wanted. Rooms are clean and you can tell the staff is trained to pay attention to detail. Plenty of parking. If there was one item I'd take exception to is a lack of easy handicapped accessibility to the hotel from the non-handicapped designated parking area (you would need to go around to the road entrances if steps are an issue).”

“Freedom Valley was really a great experience. Everyone from the moment we checked in was so nice and welcoming. The owners are very personable and friendly as are the season campers. We mentioned a tiny issue we were having with the stove in our camper and a maintenance man we at our camper literally 5 minutes later and had the issue fixed right away. The landscaping is impeccably maintained and the campground is well equipped.”
