“Our favorite hotel in Milan so far! Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, they are always trying their best to accommodate us with all our needs and they go above and beyond. The concierge is always trying to give us relevant information and also follows up with our trips which is so thoughtful. Housekeeping are the best!!! They clean our rooms twice and do turndown service without us asking and always making sure we have enough water and amenities in general. Room service options are very limited however they are also trying to accommodate our request and preferences, delivery is also fast. We asked for 2 rooms for 5 people. And both rooms did not disappoint, the 3 people room was very spacious and every bag had a stand of its own. Location is excellent, and very safe area. Totally recommend Grand hotel et de Milan for an exceptional stay in Milan. We would always come back 🫶🏻”

“Stayed here for 3 nights when there was an F1 race in Monza. the hotel lacks maintenance and is quite outdated, but it was fine enough for 3 days. I've never been to a hotel where they didn't have cheese for the breakfast buffet, until now:) The quality of the breakfast is clearly only 2-3 stars in my review. I have never understood that hotels can serve bacon that appears to be cooked. Bacon must be fried so that it is deliciously crispy. Tip: Around the corner is the best ice cream place. yum”

“Very nice quiet hotel, located in the outskirts of Milano. The rooms were modern and very nice, service was also great. We were provided breakfast free of charge from the hotel staff, and overall our experience was pretty nice!”
