2280 Ocean Blvd, Rye, NH 03870, United States

“Beautiful beach with men, women, and family restrooms. Limited pay parking. Low tide is amazing with a long walk to the ocean.”

Ellacoya State Park
4.6
( 16 reviews )

280 Scenic Dr, Gilford, NH 03249, United States

“Such a pretty beach! We went on a weekday and the beach was well groomed and not busy at all. There's a nice, good size playground for the kids. Bathrooms are well maintained and outhouses available if after hours. I need to frequent this state park more often.”

Kingston State Park
4.4
( 8 reviews )

124 Main St, Kingston, NH 03848, United States

“Beautiful place. Plenty of picnic tables and grills. They even have a little snack bar. It has a spot to blow up your floats. You can rent canoes. The only thing for us that I didn't like was the beach part wasn't very sandy. More like rocky dirt. Which is fine for kids a little older than my daughter. But at 1 yr old she needs more fine sand. But it didn't change the fun we had. Water was nice and clean. Swimming area is a little small but they limit the number of people who are there. We purchased our day pass the night before online to reserve a parking spot as they fill up quickly. Made getting in very quick and simple. Just hand the person at the booth the printed pass and you are all set. The bathrooms were clean. Everything was easily accessible and we enjoyed the day. Would absolutely go again and would recommend for anyone looking for a cheap, fun beach day and picnic area.”

Echo Lake Beach

Franconia, NH 03580, United States

“Passed by many times going to and from the Mt Washington area and always wanted to stop. Finally did and it was awesome. $4 per person and you can rent kayaks paddle boats etc. beach was clean. Water was cold-even in August, but the swimming was great. They let you use floats and such which is nice. Small store had everything you needed and bathrooms are clean. Well worth it.”
