During my visit, I indulged in a complete hair transformation - a haircut, air touch coloring, a nourishing hair treatment to maintain its health post-coloring, and a fantastic blowout and styling session. I also went ahead and purchased all the recommended products to keep my hair in top shape. Natalie and Ivan are not only incredibly skilled professionals but also wonderfully personable. I have a habit of seeking out the finest salons wherever I travel, and I always challenge hairstylists to surprise me with a completely new look. I leave all the decisions in their hands. Unfortunately, this hasn't always been a success, as creative hairstylists are hard to come by. However, my experience with Ivan and Natalie was nothing short of exceptional! They exceeded all my expectations, from their choice of stunning coloring to the impeccable haircut. It was genuinely refreshing to step out of my comfort zone and sport a whole new look. “It's very very very hard sale, after the free trial treatment, locked me and my bf inside the consultant room and hard sale is their pricey package. Told them that I'm not very satisfied with their service because they are like changing 2-3 person serving/wash my face, this is not acceptable for me. They say will improve and give them a chance by signing package, woah, I already not satisfied still want me to sign package. Very disappointed experience. Maybe their products and facial skills are good, but their hard sale attitude is really bad.”

“Well, the massage was not too Bad, but definitely the worst I ever had. I got the Oriental massage as early bird Promo. It felt hectic, rushed and Made me more stressed than relaxed. She knew and felt the spots but sadly, did not take the time to really massage them. She often massaged with her whole underarm, and that really fast, so that she was actually Just shaking me, not massaging haha. It felt funny but not like a Spa. Also, there was little to no communication, so I felt pretty lost in there, not knowing what to do and where to go, if it was over or not... Maybe the other massages are better, I wouldn't recommend the early bird Promo.”
