“My first experience was not the best but everyone makes mistakes and I decided to give them another chance . Today I went back for my classic pedicure and I had the best experience. Firstly the host I believe her name is Anna unless I heard incorrectly is wonderful and so accommodating (she made me the loveliest gin drink) I felt so relaxed and would love to go again. The young lady that did my pedicure was so sweet I will definitely go back for this treatment. Also my therapist from my previous appointment is thee best her name is dawn she is super strong, I love it. If you want an amazing, firm full body I recommend going to her.”

“Four of us went for a back, neck and shoulder massage as a team. Never received anything to drink, never was asked to complete a questionnaire about our health etc. Three of us had to undress in front of each other! Cringe! Our masseuses never even introduced themselves. The beds are not massage beds. We where all very uncomfortable and couldn't breathe properly. Massages was really bad. I felt as if mine was done by a student! There is dust everywhere, a spa should be clean. I will NEVER return there. If you're happy with 3rd grade service, this is the place for you.”

“WOW !!! What a pleasant experience. On 2 December 2023 my daughter got married at Feather Hill. The service and attitude from ALL staff members at this venue far exceeded the expectation. Excellent food and atmosphere - no matter what we needed or how demanding we where the staff assisted, was always friendly and went out of their way to make this an unforgettable experience. Thank you to each and every staff member that made this an unforgettable experience !!! If I could I would have changed the star rating on this review to 10 Stars!”

“I recently had an experience at this salon, and I must say I was quite disappointed. The advertised prices don't accurately reflect the actual costs, which turned out to be much higher. During my visit, I repeatedly communicated to the nail technician that I only wanted a mini pedi with a gel overlay and nothing more. To my surprise, when it came time to pay, I was informed about additional charges for a massage and foot bath, which I was never told about beforehand.”

“one night is definitely not enough. we enjoyed a suite for one night because of a weeding at De Toren. the room was beautiful, the service amazing (i can highly recommend the club Sandwich!). the breakfast was delicious, there wasnt anything we missed. the only question is: what do we need to do to get one of the suites with a private pool next time? ;)”
