We had different masseuses --- and yet we both felt our massages were amazing. We got a 60m Therapeutic (full body) massage + 35m Head & Foot massage. Both masseuses knew the exact pressure to apply. Both were extremely attentive to every stress point, no stone left unturned. We left floating in a cloud. Four thumbs up highly recommend!!!”

“When I go to a very known luxurious place like this, I expect the service to be excellent and on all the levels. The massage itself was good, the facial was great. One thing is that the construction was happening so I could hear all the hard noises despite the music which was very unpleasant. I would very much appreciate to be notified in advance about that. Second, I was extremely cold, and when I said this, I could feel my therapist being offended just by the fact that me as a client - I am sharing my needs. I would like her to say at least sorry about that, I will try to do something.. There are always these “things” that can happen anywhere! — the difference for why I come to luxurious places is how they deal with them! - with loving genuine! maximal willingness and respect towards their clients. I missed this here.”

“The therapist I received lacked technique (In my opinion). There was no sense of flow during the massage. She needs to trim her nails or file them round, I was scratched a couple of times during the treatment and I could hear them catching on the towel below my head when she was massaging my neck. The environment is lovely, apart from the smell of sewage from time to time. The guests and therapist walking through the hall were very loud so it was hard to fully drift away + I could hear staff cleaning dishes at one point. For the price of $98 euro. I would definitely consider elsewhere.”
