“I have had many massages in my life time. My mother took aromatherapy classes when I was around 9 years old and used my brothers and I as massage Guinea pigs. In my early 20's, I met a lady who had retired from her role as the physical therapist for the Arizona Cardinals. She had her own practice with services including acupressure and many modalities of massage. I saw her bi-weekly. She was phenomenal. Today I cashed in my Christmas gift cards to Massage Envy. I hadn't seen a masseuse since my little lady past away a decade ago. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my first appointment with Marty on a Sunday. My check in was easy. I covered my needs and medical notes on a tablet with a receptionist. She was sweet, personable. She said her introduction and included wanting to get to know and connect with me. I found it to be funny at first but in our few minutes of talking, we did connect. It was cute. Anyway-the massage. Marty helped me get comfortable immediately. He began a 50 minute full body massage, firm pressure. I asked Marty to pay extra attention to my head, neck and shoulders. Marty's techniques included myofascial release. His pressure, slow and deep. He released tension in muscles I didn't even know I had. The tension OR the muscles😅. I awkwardly declared my love to Marty 10 minutes in. To be clear, the way I feel right now, 20 minutes after this visit to Massage Envy on Broadway-I love everyone. Marty, the friendly front desk crew, you, me-everybody in the world. Such a good experience. I was offered the membership program which I should definitely take advantage of since I am booked with Marty again in 3 weeks. The difference in going in as a non-member vs. Subscriber, at least for massage, is $50. There are other pampering self care options, including facials, stretching therapy and a high-end assortment of products to take home and continue your self-love routine. I post this, drunk on the fantastic experience I had today. I am looking forward to my next visit. Super recommend you explore their site and customize your services. Healthy, healing hero=Marty. “They did great with my piercing, but some information they gave me didn't align with what other piercers have told me. The front desk staff is rude in person and over the phone. They have been incredibly sassy and inconsiderate. They hate answering questions. The mismatch information came from the front desk. My piercer was wonderful. He made sure I was comfy and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, they will not switch out your jewelry for you, this is part of the rating because it's ridiculous that they won't provide that service when they said they could at the time of getting pierced.”

“Love this salon!!!! The experience from beginning to end was amazing. Right when you walk in the salon is so peaceful and so so clean! My friend got a pedicure and she talked about how thorough her nail tech was when doing her toes and I can same the same for my acrylic nail fill. My nail tech was not only very detailed and efficient but he actually went through and cut my cuticles!!! I can’t tell you the last time a nail tech payed any attention to my cuticles. 5 stars all around!! Definitely come to this salon if you want good and thorough service!”
