“Been coming here for the last 6 months and every time I had a different technician but all amazing. Unfortunately this Thursday I went and I had a new technician, I asked her name but she didn’t tell me, and it was a very bad job! The nails are super thick and uneven. She applied the gel not uniformly so I have bumps on my nails. When she finished I told her I was not happy but I didn’t have time for her to do them again. I’m afraid I won’t be coming back again as I’m afraid I will have her do my nails. I hope all technicians had the same level of skills!”

“I was here for a haircut at the beginning of June. My hair was cut really badly. Way too hard steps. Almost like a pot hairstyle. I had already written a review back then with one star. The hairdresser then contacted me and made an appointment to find a solution. In the end, she admitted to having a bad cut and I got shampoo as some sort of compensation. I didn't get the expensive price for the haircut back. I then deleted my review because I felt like I had to. Now 5 months later you can still see the miserable cut. I've honestly never been so disappointed with a visit to the hairdresser. I definitely won't go there again. I'm writing the review again now because I just stand in front of the mirror every day and could cry. I want to save others this.”

I went there today to fix a bad haircut, and I think Din (I hope it's the correct name, I'm very sorry if not) managed to rectify it without any issues. He cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. He did an outstanding job explaining everything about my hair and suggesting which haircuts would suit me best. I felt like he truly cared about the cut and didn't just want to finish quickly. The price is very reasonable for the service you receive. I will definitely be going there again. 11/10.”

“I was warmly greeted by the staff upon my arrival. I found the waiting area and the rooms very clean & well maintained. In the area of massage, I received a 90 minute hot stone massage. My masseuse took the time to do a thorough body scan & was easily able to determine where attention was needed. This experience is hard to find & I was so grateful for this. I left feeling energized and felt simply amazing. A small critique of the studio would be that the rooms are separated by curtains and sometimes I could hear talking which was a little distracting, but because the quality of my massage was so good, I was able to drown out all the noise and was able to focus & relax. Thank you to the staff for this exceptional experience. Look forward to my next booking.”
