“I’d love to post about how wonderful the experience was. I’d love to inform everyone that the results justified the price. Sadly after booking a haircut and beard trim a week in advance, my appointment was cancelled the day of, due to staffing issues. They did offer to reschedule, on a day that doesn’t work for me. They did offer to squeeze me in 4hours early for just a cut. That also didn’t work for me. I set my appointment for the time and day that I was available. I should be thankful that I saved $100 plus tip, but sadly, that doesn’t negate my grooming needs. There will be no follow up or next time. This cements my resolve to never do business here.”

“My husband and I got pedicures and I got my nails done here yesterday. We paid $75 each for the spa pedicure, she put lotion on my his ands feet put towels around them and left to do someone’s nails. His total pedicure time was 15 min. I had a nail fill in and paint and was charged $55 for this (see pic below)! She cut most of my fingers to the point of soreness and the paint peeled this morning. Yesterday when o washed and dried my hands one of my nails peeled before I got out the door. I will NEVER go back here for nails.”
