“I love the folks at this shop. They are a key part of the Downtown community and I want to say that Aaron and Rachel are the total dream team for piercings. Aaron, what can I say. He gives every customer who walks in the warmest welcome. His smile is contagious and also does most of the amazing photos of Rachel at work that you see in these reviews. Rachel did my double nostrils last week and made me feel like I was part of their shop. That I belonged. This is not something that is easily achieved when working in customer service, but Hopeless Tattoo does with ease. Would recommend!!”

We decided last minute to get lip fillers and ended up taking a lot more of Katie’s time but she was happy to do it. You can tell she is a perfectionist and wants the best for you. “My family ordered chicken yakisoba, the chicken tasted old, the noodles were good but the meat wasn’t. My sister ordered the same thing and she found a hair in her noodles, they gave her new noodles after we brought it up to the chef, he didn’t say anything to us. There were no pictures on the menus so we didn’t know what our plates would look like so it was just a surprise. The atmosphere of the restaurant wasn’t great the chefs looked mad while we were there. People came for take out every once in a while my family dined in.”

She was very honest about what I could expect and gave me so much info! She kept the conversation going and kept me focused on anything other than the laser on my face. So worth it! “Flow Motion is such a hidden gem in the Bellingham/Ferndale area! Visited the first time after a stressful week of classes and my stress was instantly gone after three hours of relaxation there. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, there’s a complimentary hot tea bar, and the set up is so unique and beautiful unlike anywhere else I’ve been! The amethyst cave and the salt cave is an added benefit which adds even more to the entire experience. 10000/10 recommend and would give 500 stars if I could! ❤️”

“I went in wanting vagina nail art and I really appreciate Minh and my nail tech for listening and coming through with the best version of vagina art that they could. My only issue was, I had 4 nails that I wanted gold foil on, which was simple compared to the vagina art, but only 2 days after getting my nails done the gold started fading/chipping. No other parts of any of my nails chipped except the foil, so that’s incredibly disappointing after spending the amount I spent. If you’re looking to get nail art done here, I’d recommend going elsewhere. The place was nice and the people were too.”

“Second time coming here, the first time was great. This time we were extremely disappointed. We had a reservation for 11 am for a 1 hr soak, but did not get a full hour, the entire process felt so rushed and not spa like at all! The 10 min marker “bell” rang at 11:40, it was barely audible so we thought maybe it was for the room next door especially because we should have had 20 more minutes remaining. We then got a sharp knock on the door, not once but 3 separate times all well before noon which was when our reservation was supposed to end. On the last knock the lady abruptly told us we must exit the room now, note that it was only at 11:50 at this point. We ended up finishing our “relaxing” soak by rushing to towel off, dress and gather our things so the lady would stop knocking on our door - again, not the spa experience you would expect!!! If I’m paying over $100 a hour for a spa soak experience, I expect to receive my full hour booking and not be pressured to rush out of there.”
