“I had used their service for my eyebrows threading. I am Indian and have thick eyebrows. The lady who did my eyebrows had made my eyebrows in different shape and they were not alike. When I asked her about this, she told me that my face isn’t in proper shape. I have never heard anybody saying this to me because I’m doing my eyebrows since I was 18 years and I have always got compliments for my eyebrows. I also canceled my next appointment. Found a better one in Hamburg”

Are you sure that you invested your money on your B2C business and hired one person to disrespect with and loose your customer. Well, one of your attendance shout out with me, gave me his back and walked away shaking her head... I even did not understand what was happening 🤷♂️ The other small one was really friendly and, indeed, we spoke in German 90% of the time. Sounds that I shouldn't subscribe for a 6 month plan anymore.”

“I love Brooklyn Soap but Im very disapointed with my last order. Juste received the two "whiskey bartseife" and "whiskey bartöl" thé two boxes are broken ( perfect for a christmas gift 👌🏾😅 ) and one of the oil was not perfecty closed with the little safety ring out. So I even have one of the oil that has run on thé bottle and the box. I will still do my best and try to offer them. I dont have a choice Time IS running til christmas and delivery Time is too long. But please contact me. I cant accept zero compensation with such a bad delivery.”
