“Absolutely wonderful. I had my first appointment there today and I cannot believe the service, like nothing I’ve ever experienced. I have hip length hair and I had multiple people working on me for most of my 5 hour appointment, and they were all great! I was with Bailey today, and I will 100% be going back and recommending to everyone I know. The owner was also helping and checking in with all clients which was awesome to see. Did I mention great drink selection? 10/10. If you want a stylist who will listen and talk you through what they are doing, great service, and an amazing team, GO HERE.”

“My husband had a 5:50 appointment, he got there early and there was no one else in the waiting area. One of the women working came out and said when she is done if she has time she will get you in. My husband did not ask for anyone particular when we booked the appointment. In the meantime, 2 other people that worked there came in, went in the back and just stood there talking. Another customer came in and they took him right back. In the meantime the other 2 ladies who worked there just kept chatting away while my husband sat and waited. Finally after about 25 minutes not one person said anything to him so he left. I would understand the rudeness if they were super busy but they were not. He refuses to go back to this location again.”

Barber although young was skilled in his craft, courteous and respectful of my wishes regarding my haircut. Great experience. “UPDATE** Still LOVE Diamond Nails! They are by far the best in town. Always willing to try new designs and go above and beyond to make their clients happy. Went to a different place while on vacation and the quality was nothing like the quality of Diamond Nails. I will never go anywhere else! Been going to Diamond Nails for years and I’ll never go any place else! Massage chairs are A++, tons of options for dip, gel, designs. Anything you want they can help you make it happen! I typically go in with a picture of what I want and that makes it easier for the manicurist to see my vision. They are very busy on weekends, but they always make sure I am happy with my nails before I leave.”

“I first tried Salon Aura this summer and was paired with Karen. I was nervous going as previously I had only been a Cost Cutters customer. Karen is a fantastic stylist- I put myself in her capable hands and she did magic. I had so many compliments on my new style. I went back to her in October for a color and style for my son's wedding and again had family and friends rave about my hair. Tonight was my 3rd visit and once again she did an exceptional job! “I’ve come here twice now. First time was a 4/5 experience. Pretty good cut, I liked the hot towel, the lady was nice (I forgot her name sorry!), and the atmosphere was decent. The price is better than most of anywhere else around here! Second time was a 2/5. I was 4 mins late, so my fault there, but the guy Bennett finished my entire haircut in 10 minutes so I was done 15 mins early anyways. It was very rushed, he didn’t ask how I wanted the neck line done and just went for it, and the blend on the sides wasn’t very good. Overall, I would recommend coming here for the value, you just have to find the right Barber.”

“I thought I was having the best experience, he was very friendly and it felt like he knew what he was doing he explained how to properly clean the my nose piercing and i did exactly that after three weeks of having the piercing i noticed a large keloid inside my nostril and i woke up one morning with the piercing sunken into my nose which meant he pierced my nose wrong which resulted in me having to take out the piercing and waste $70.”

“No waiting, I got right in at my appointment time. My massage was great, love the foot bath prior to massage. They don’t have heated tables for massage so that was missed. The only negative, is it is hard to get on their schedule but that just mean they do good work..”
