“Haircut is good, really just your preference. Worst thing about this place is they say they are only walk in, but you put your name in a book and then wait. Then you got people writing their name and come back an hour later after it is their turn.. AND gets to cut in line in front of everyone that has been there.. waiting. How the hell is that fair at all? If you call them out and they are not there, move on and not let the late customers be privileged. If you say walk-in then stick with walk-in. I might as well just call to book, it just doesn’t make sense.”

She was so friendly and welcoming, it made the experience that much better! The girls at the front of the boutique were awesome and very friendly as well. “I had gone to get my nails done a week ago from today. My nail chipped the day I got it and my fingers were severely cut around my cuticles on almost all of my fingers from the hand file. The cuts were so deep they bled the next 2 days, I’m a hairstylist and use my hands on the daily, in water, applying colour everything, I was unable to do my job properly because of how bad my fingers hurt because of the cuts. This could lead to infections and loss of the nail even your finger if it spreads far enough. I had called about getting my nail fixed and getting my money back…I go back today and the manager tells me that in order to get my money back they had to remove all my nails…keep in mind she drilled into my nail bed on many of my nails so I won’t be able to use a drill on them to remove them. Would you want anyone near your nails with a file of any kind after the experience I had?! If I wanted my nail that was chipped fixed I wouldn’t be getting my money back. I asked for my nail to get fixed and my money back and he said he talked with his manager at the other location and they NEEDED THEIR PRODUCT BACK so they had to remove my nails..make that make sense. Am not impressed and will not be going back. Photos are not the best but you get the idea of how bad the cuts are”
