“I’ve been to this location for piercings twice before and had pleasant enough experiences. The piercers always have great attitudes and walk you through aftercare in detail. I was extremely disappointed when I came in with a friend this afternoon to buy new jewelry and had to listen to the two girls behind the counter talking poorly about my friend & how disgusting customers are as she went in to the bathroom to swap out jewelry. They discussed how the policy is to not allow customers to change their jewelry in store (which is completely valid & understandable), however they did not ask her not to do this or state it was their policy. Instead they decided to wait until she was in the bathroom to talk about her as I stood 2 feet away. Very disappointed and will not be back.”

“We travel quite a bit for our work and I try to pick locally owner establishments when choosing haircuts. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of care given by this Salon. This is a men-centric salon that includes a hot towel treatment on your face, a hair wash, and general trimming on neck. I have a beard and my stylist even took care of my lines without being asked. Nicole was great and saw me twice in our time in the city. This is an excellent shop that has many other services I personally did not use.”

“Been getting wax’s for years today was the worst experience ever Emma at the Haywood location started waxing me I asked her could she be a little more careful and clean swipes. She told me she’s been doing this for years and I explained to her the way she is doing it hurt. She didn’t even get the wax off of me that she put on me she walked out with me being naked on the table and people walking around and told them that she wasn’t gonna continue my wax. As long as I ever got a wax people has always done it it to my liking to make me more comfortable I’ve never experienced such a rude experience my voice was calm cool a collect she was instantly aggressive and started speaking a different language.”
