“First of all, the location is great. It's located on a quiet street and is away from the downtown traffic. Plenty of street parking as well. I had an hour long deep tissue massage with Bill; He was amazing! He made sure to ask me if there were any areas I wanted him to focus on and checked in with me during the massage to make sure I was okay. He even went a few minutes past the hour mark to ensure that he got as many knots out as possible. Everyone working here is incredibly kind, respectful and welcoming. You feel relaxed from the second you walk through the door. I feel as though the prices are fair as well. Thank-you to all of the staff!”

“A wonderful experience. The facility itself is incredibly clean. It smelled delightful when I walked in. All of the staff are warm and welcoming. I was offered the bathroom both before and after my visit (which shows just how dedicated the staff are to their clients overall comfort). I completed a brief but thorough questionnaire regarding any medical concerns, points to focus on, areas to avoid etc. prior to my visit (they ask you to arrive for your first massage about 15 minutes early which is great because it didn’t cut into my time with the massage therapist). I saw Karen. She is one of their light touch massage therapists. She is incredibly kind, personable, professional, thorough, and engaging. I was a bit apprehensive about going in due to an injury I sustained. She made me feel completely relaxed throughout the visit. I was relieved to see how careful she was. I would highly recommend her and Massage Envy. Upon check out there were no pushy sales pitches to get me to commit to a membership. They simply ask if you would like to schedule any future appointments or if you would like to leave a gratuity for your therapist. I was offered a brochure and went on my way. Thank you! I could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back.”

“Will not return...asked for a change, explained my busy life and need for a new, easy-care, more trendy look. "Ready for a radical change" was the request. Elaborate wash and conditioning (that I guess I paid extra for?) followed by a cut and 20 minute, multi-level, roller brush blow-out. The look is the same, just 8 inches shorter, without anything close to the "new look" that was requested. Additionally, there is no way that I will have the time, nor do I have the tools needed, to recreate the dated "look" that I walked out with. Everyone was very pleasant and the salon appeared to be clean but customer service (like listening to what the customer wants) is obviously not a priority. Obviously disappointed walking out I was told that they hoped my day gets better....my day was great walking in! Will be paying for another salon, that was able to fit me in when I called from the Hair Crew parking lot, to have it fixed. Wish I had waited for an appointment at a professional salon, this walk-in was not the solution that I was looking for. So, if it sounds too good to be true (walk-in, trendy-looking, professional salon) it probably is. Very disappointed but want any business to be successful and hoping that the staff at Hair Crew will become more responsive to their customers.”
