“Everything about this experience was wonderful. I’ve considered a topper for years and finally decided it was time. I had a great appointment with Vivian. She made me feel positive about the whole thing and I left feeling awesome. I had to go back a couple of days later as I had questions and I dealt with Erin. She too was terrific. She attacked a couple more clips so it didn’t feel like it was flopping around and gave it a bit of a tweak. Outstanding service. I would highly recommend.”

“Front desk staff were great but totally let down by everything else. Multiple barbers sitting at the front desk on their phones. When asked to cut my hair there was an awkward dispute among them about who should attend to me. On a previous visit, the front desk staff had to actively search for a barber. These instances reflect a lack of professionalism and left me thoroughly disappointed with the overall service.”

“Cleanliness I give 2/5. There was quite a bit of hair on the table where you can put your belongings. That table looks like it hasn’t been wiped down for weeks. Change over cleaning from the last client was less than a minute. The table was still wet and looked like it was only wiped down in the middle of the bed where the towel is put down for a Brazilian wax. I could see grease stains at the head of the bed probably from hair, so I used those provided wipes and cleaned the bed really quickly. Her work station has black spots on it. I’m not sure if it was old wax that just kept getting wiped over, instead of getting scraped off. 3/5 for the service. I felt she was rushing because she was busy, so it hurt more than usual. She was very nice though trying to distract me from the pain which I appreciated. Pricing was good, but I don’t think I’ll go back.”

“This place has been a 10/10 since my first haircut 9 years ago. Most talented barbers that will snip you up exactly what works for your head, even when you’re not certain what you want. Some of the staff are still the OG! Their second location that welcome walk in’s at a lower price is perfect for a grab and go all in one gourmet hot dog, beer, game of pac man and a quick cut before you head out on the town. Best in the city. Highly suggest. Great people. Great atmosphere, and very socially aware staff. Go get *snipped in a non religious way.”
