“I had an appointment today that I was really excited about. I had a great experience upon arrival as everything went smoothly. I had a phenomenal experience with the initial nurse who performed the procedure. They were incredibly explanatory, engaged, and had wonderful bedside manners. I had a great experience with her as she guided me throughout the entire process, providing helpful pointers and tips for future appointments. She was truly wonderful. However, I encountered an issue with one of the front staff members who was quite dismissive. I was quite disappointed with her lack of explanation and outright rudeness. It was unfortunate because the other front staff member was pleasant and kind. I must express my deep disappointment with the behavior and rudeness displayed by her. As a result, I now have a credit with this facility, which is not the issue at hand. However, I have decided that I no longer wish to interact with her, especially considering her position at the front. This experience has been truly disheartening.”

“Both of to ladies there were super kind and professional. I got a mani-peti for me and a pedicure for my friend. The experience was so nice. The chair was comfortable and she gave me the BEST foot massage. My nails are super cute and exactly like the pictures I showed them. They payed great attention to details like the edges and thickness of the acrylic. The price was really good and the shop was clean. I’ll definitely come back for my next set of nails.”

“Went here for the first time and messed up my appointment time and came too early. Sarah took me in anyway and did an amazing job on my brows. She was so kind and considerate to me especially as I was nervous due to being on blood thinners and other health issues . As this was my first visit before my wedding, she even told me to pay next time and nothing was due today. I’m telling you- I was BLOWN away by her kindness and attentiveness. She’s amazing and this made my whole week! Also very clean!! I will be bringing my daughters back as well as coming here instead of waxing from now on. Highly recommend- come here! Update: brought my daughter back a few days later for her brows. She was just as attentive and kind as the first time, if not more so! I seriously can’t recommend Sarah enough!! Thank you Sarah for making my entire week twice!”

“Worst haircut I’ve gotten in awhile. I should’ve figured there was a reason 3 people were waiting for one person and no one was in line for the other. Not returning here. Need to have someone fix what happened here. I feel sorry for the person who cut my hair but she needs more training. UPDATE: the next day the barber Raphael took me in and spent a lot of time and effort fixing the poor haircut. He did a great job. There was no charge since I was charged the day before for a bad haircut but I tipped him well considering how much time he spent with me. I definitely recommend him!”

“I absolutely enjoyed the visit to this salon! I was visiting Albuquerque for 2 days. I got a surprise proposal from my now fiancé, so I needed to get my nails done ASAP. I chose this place based of the reviews and availability (I called to make sure they can accommodate me). The ladies were VERY nice. They helped me by suggesting the shape I f my nails and advising me not to get the design since my nails were too short. The lady was very gentle and extremely attentive. I asked her to pay very close attention to my cuticles and she did. My nails turned out just the way I wanted! Attached are the picture of my nails the next day after I got them done (picture with the notebook); and my nails now - over 2 weeks after the first picture. Only a small piece on my big nail chipped off probably because I spent the last 5 days in the ocean. Absolutely recommend this place! Make sure to call ahead to see if they can accommodate you - they had to turn down one lady because they didn’t have enough people to take care of her.”
