“Got my navel pierced yesterday. I didn’t feel 100% about any place and decided to come here and I’m happy I did! They have a great range of options for jewelry. Both of the people working there did a great job explaining everything to me and answered all my questions. I felt welcomed and they were very friendly. The process was very quick. “I recently visited for a much needed pampering facial. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a nice welcome and a pleasant atmosphere. The facial itself was very relaxing and enjoyable, however at the time they had a special for facials during that month per website and flyers in the spa, which was why I went to try them out. As I went to pay they did not adjust the price and stood around looking at each other and me and made me feel slightly awkward. I did not bring up the promotion and paid for my services and left a tip! I will not be returning for this very reason. A customer should not have to point out the promotions, as it should be done by the staff! This was a huge letdown and I feel like this company needs to be more honest about their promotions.”

My nail tech made it very clear that she was in a rush to go home & frankly made me feel like an inconvenience. At the end of the appointment I paid with a credit card and after swiping it, she literally shoved it into my wallet and walked out the door. 1 day later my gel manicure started chopping & 1 week later & my gel is peeling. Would not recommend.”
