“I’ve been to this location for piercings twice before and had pleasant enough experiences. The piercers always have great attitudes and walk you through aftercare in detail. I was extremely disappointed when I came in with a friend this afternoon to buy new jewelry and had to listen to the two girls behind the counter talking poorly about my friend & how disgusting customers are as she went in to the bathroom to swap out jewelry. They discussed how the policy is to not allow customers to change their jewelry in store (which is completely valid & understandable), however they did not ask her not to do this or state it was their policy. Instead they decided to wait until she was in the bathroom to talk about her as I stood 2 feet away. Very disappointed and will not be back.”

Most recently, Abigail repaired / fixed a terrible haircut I received (not at this salon). She was kind, calmed my anxiety, and gave me exactly the haircut I wanted. “Owning a Spa in NC, I’m very particular about where I visit while traveling and the service I receive. I’m currently in West Ashley visiting my aunt who gets her hair done here and she recommended we try it for a couples massage. My husband and I had a 90 minute here today. Brian was my therapist and he was amazing. He had great technique and I left super relaxed. My only disappointment was I didn’t receive any hot towels during the service which is something I enjoy but other than that the massage was great!”

“Great establishment. Dion ( Wrist Magician ) was my barber. First time here while visiting Mom and I was in need of a much needed trim/ transformation......I'm coming up on 60 and I explained to Dion I am not familiar with facial hair since I've NEVER had any beyond a two day stub on the chin. Wow, he shaped me by taking his time and was not afraid to run his hands through my hair to properly layer the hair like a true professional. His equipment ( tools , apparatus, etc. ) were clean, sanitized and sharp blades on clipper was evident. Good conversation was in the air the WHOLE time.He outshines COUNTLESS hair choppers I've had in the past. I got quite a few compliments 🙂 from various kind hearted individuals to make me write this for you.. Thank you Dion. Great experience !!!”

“On my recent visit to a nail salon, I requested gel nails colored gold but received a completely different color. Despite multiple attempts to fix the mistake, the technician was unable to achieve the desired gold color. Instead, they ended up changing the color to a mustard shade. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the technician was unable to provide a suitable solution and left me with unsatisfactory results. This level of service and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon, particularly for those seeking specific colors or attention to detail. Customers should receive the service they pay for and have their needs and preferences met.”
