“I wasn’t very pleased with my 50-min facial which was less than 50 minute. I almost considered doing 60 for an extra $15 and thankfully I didn’t as I didn’t get the full 50 minutes to begin with. The lady that did my facial was sweet and gentle but I am personally not pleased with the processed/outcome as I could have done myself a facial. She barely did extractions by using her hands. For a second, it felt like she was just popping random spot but nothing was really coming off…She complimented me by saying I only have few black heads but there was a white head on my chin that was sticking out and I knew about it because I noticed it prior to my appointment. I was hoping she’d remove it but after my appointment and when i got back to my car, it was still there. All i had to do was barely picked at it and it came off. Perhaps an overlook from her end? Additionally, I noticed my face was overly wet as if she didn’t finish doing my face, then come to realized I still have bits of exfoliate particles all over my face. Moreover, I noticed my eyebrow was flaky hours after my facial and come to realize she didn’t cleanse me well or my theory of forgetting to cleanse my face was true. After extraction, she put retinol and we were done…I have video to support how flaky one of my eyebrows were, it almost look like I have a dandruff build up. Wish I could add it here but wouldn’t let me. I’m pretty disappointed for my first time experience as this place has a good reputation but a basic facial seems to be lacking…”

“Everyone at Salon CŪ is wonderful! All the stylists are really warm and chill but also very capable and professional. The reception staff/assistants are always nice and helpful as well. Each stylist also has their own unique vibe, so it never feels like they only cater to a specific type of client. I’ve seen everyone from little kids to old people and folks getting everything from root cover-ups to edgy vivids. Great place!”

“Everything is really clean, they're organized and professional, and they have a great selection of jewelry. I got my second lobe piercing on both ears in June. Everything healed really well, went back for the post downsize and everything. I just changed the earring for the first time. The only reason I'm taking off a star is that one of my piercings is crooked :( and I just noticed. It's like it went through my lobe at a diagonal, so it doesn't match the other one. The piercing on my right side is perfect! The left side is crooked, and the backings of earrings knock into each other when I wear earrings in both piercings. I'm sure I'll get used to it and all will be well, I'm just a little disappointed. (The photos are mirrored, so the first two are my right ear, second two photos are my left ear)”

“I would put ZERO if I could. She clipped a huge chunk of hair and asked… “is it too short?”. 😡🤬 I LITERALLY asked for skin fades, and she kept just sculpting my head with the clippers… Anyway, I got home and I two options, put a hat on for the next month or just shave it to forget my anger. I mean… cutting hair really is an art! If you cannot do what people ask for… just give it up!”
