“Had my first earlobe piercing today by Kaine who was an absolute sweetheart. He was gentle, calm, explained everything to me. The diamond silver studs are stunning as well. They cleaned my ears well, used sterile gloves. Very impressed. Will come next time if I need more piercings.”

“Got there early, only one or two people ahead of me. I only had to wait a few minutes before having my wash and wet cut. The lady was lovely and my hair looked great. Just the right amount cut to get of the dry ends and tidy it up. Would definitely go back.”

“Got my nails done here on the 30th, I usually wait a few days before I write the reviews. Absolutely love my nails, I got them done at Unique Nail Beauty in Debden high street and they honestly butchered it. “Such a beautiful place to visit. The owner of this place is very friendly and approachable. This is the perfect place for you if you are looking for a place where you just want to relax and enjoy beautiful gardens. This is probably one of the very few places where I have seen many different plants. It's fascinating. Everything seems to be done with so much love and care. There's a tearoom where you can sit for a cuppa and then just go for a walk and see the gardens. The toilets are well maintained and very clean. There's also a car park with plenty of car parking spaces.”

“What’s important first hand is that we have experienced many spa days etc in past, some 50 plus. Whoever manages the spa area is excellent, I understand from running various businesses that what you see upon entry comes from the top, so firstly well done the management. The spa is full of lovely people very welcoming and accommodating, without question very professional, so fear not those that have been picked are very very good. Then onto the massages …wow ….myself and wife had the best massages …thank you so so very much ! Food wise we had a cream tea, the only downer in our experience, personally for us both we needed more sandwiches and less cakes.. however you can ask for a variation that agrees with what you want therefore again 5 star 🌟…. The swimming pool is large alongside sauna , steam, all lovely. The biggest thing with spas is of course the massages , we could not fault them and had 2 each by different girls, just lovely , you can feel when someone cares and here they definetly do. Thank you.”
