“I made an appointment for 12. I showed up for 12. The receptionist then told me that my appointment had been at 11. I showed her the confirmation email that said it was at 12. Turns out their system scheduled me in Atlantic Time for some reason…. They couldn’t take me. The earliest she could fit me in was an hour later, but I had specifically scheduled this appointment during a work break. So I ended up making the trip for nothing and wasting my time. Adjust your system. There’s no reason for it to schedule me in a different timezone if I wasn’t in it when I booked. No empathy either, just a shrug. Edit to address your answer: If there is one constant among the negative reviews (which are not many but do bring up valid points nonetheless), it is the lack of accountability on the business’s part. Or whoever replies. They are mostly defensive and mean spirited. Yes I was annoyed. I booked an appointment and made the trip only to be turned away. Show me one person who wouldn’t be. I suppose I should have said thank you; maybe that would have been satisfactory to you. At no point did I raise my voice, cuss, cause a commotion, “demand to speak to a manager.” I was disappointed which anyone in this situation would be. And when the receptionist asked if I was in a hurry I simply said “yes”, albeit curtly and under my breath, and turned around to leave. Is it rude to say that the system is at fault and this you are? Is it rude to be disappointed? Don’t worry. I have no desire to come back to a place that takes no accountability for its mistakes.”

“Had a disappointing experience with their cancellation policy. I understand clients pay a full penalty for cancelling less than 24 hours before the appointment. However, they cancelled my appointment just 45 minutes prior on December 31, after I had received a confirmation call and even an SMS to confirm my appointment the day before. Left with no chance to book elsewhere before the New Year. Is the penalty policy not reciprocal? Fairness in such situations is crucial.”

“The massothérapist I had and the same my mother had were terrible! It was like getting oil placed on our backs but not a massage! I kept asking the massotherapist to push harder so it feels like a massage and she said she was at her maximum which didn’t make any sense to me that they were certified. A 5yr old can do the same job. It is a small spa, they have a sauna and floating bath available. Locker room is for one person, cleanliness is 7/10. I would never go back there for a massage, money better spent elsewhere since it isn’t a cheap place either.”

“Easy 5 stars! Everything about the service from the start, until the end was fantastic. It was easy to find. It's located on floor 3 of the building with their signage. The masseuses are very talented, respectful and effective. They introduced themselves and we made aquantinces before we begun which made us more comfortable. I must've left with a dozen less knots in my back. Carl and Lyne were our professionals for a duo massage. Carl evidently is very knowledgeable about kinesthetic and biology. You can tell that he is good at reading body language to be able to provide the perfect amount of pressure and to slowly stimulate muscle groups that may be more sensitive or ticklish. It's hard to get knots as effectively as Carl without communication or excessive pain and he did great. So gentle and relaxing, but he knows when to use appropriate force and/or focus on specific problematic muscles or techniques to fit your needs, which are discussed first. We were greeted with water, tea, and a smile. The process was so easy and a good price. The amount of effort, skill, and hospitality demands a good tip!”

“I love this nail salon! Got it recommended by a friend a couple years ago and have gone a few times. They always have a spot available, answer the phone quick and take you right in when you enter. The nail artists are super sweet and care about their work. The location is perfect near school and metro Peel. These are a couple of photos of my recent sets. I love a classic dark red. Tina is did my nails recently and was super sweet and took her time and we even had some small talk:)”

I have nothing but great things to say about the quality, results, and amazing care given at this clinic. I’ve had 5 laser hair removal sessions until now and I’ve had great results. Diana makes sure you are doing good through the whole process and makes you feel very comfortable. I also did a few peeling sessions + she gave me a custom skin care regimen which has *truly* shown amazing results and makes me wish I just started this earlier (i’m 27) I find prices are extremely reasonable as well. They have a nice and clean clinic and the latest technologies. Everyone there is specifically trained to offer these services so they know what they are doing.”
