She not only transformed my hair but also provided valuable guidance. I can't recommend this salon, and Chloe's talent, enough! As well as the other workers that gave amazing head massages. “An amazing experience right from when I spoke to the friendly employee on the phone when I booked my appointment until after my treatment. The whole experience was perfect. A warm welcome at reception with the offer of tea or water, followed by invitation upstairs to the treatment room by the massage therapist. The therapist was polite, respectful and informative. The 90 minute massage was AMAZING! The therapist checked which area of the body I wanted to focus on then checked if the pressure was OK. The atmosphere was inviting, warm and peaceful. An awesome experience and would recommend Sensu as a great place to go for a treatment. Thank you.”

“I have been here 2 times, booked in with Frankie. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and take pride in their work. They explained to me the entire piercing process as it was happening, which helped a lot with easing my nerves. They also gave an in-depth explanation on the healing process and are very knowledgeable about anatomy as well. Both of my piercings have healed up perfectly without an issue and I am in love with the high quality jewellery selection this place has! I will never go to a different place again. The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but you 100% get what you pay for at The Piercing Urge.”

They happily squeezed me in without an appointment and took my dry, damaged hair and got it looking healthy again with plenty of layers to lighten the weight. My hairdresser was very attentive and kind, and took the time to explain what products he used at the end to help me style at home. If I lived in Melbourne I’d make this my regular hair dresser!”

“This is the first experience I have with Men's Biz collins. Had a cut with Ibrahim, I gave him my picture from the last cut I had (from Arcade's men's biz) its really just a short version of my previous cut. He said its alright might only just use scissors for it (I was having doubt at this point because the last barber had to use clippers) at first the cut looked promising but when at some point he did it well too short. Then I noticed after looking at the mirror after the cut, I lost my original hairline I had before, the back of my head looked terrifyingly bald and round because of it, and he didn't say anything. Not to mention I remember he didn't even show me any mirror to look at the back of my head. The one and only worst experience in Men's Biz. So unsatisfied”
