“LOVE this salon. I would specifically HIGHLY recommend Mary! She has literally always crushed it by giving me beautiful nails and recommendations. She is also very kind and good conversationalist so I really enjoy going even just for the social aspect. I’m not even kidding I have never been a person that repeat goes to the same salon and same person for my nails. I just never formed a connection like that with a place or a person but here I always go and I always see Mary 💅. Even if you don’t see Mary, I bet you will have an amazing time at this shop because they care about heir clients and make it a fun vibe!!”

My fiance and I booked separate room massages because it was cheaper and we don't talk during the massage anyways, but they asked us if we wanted to be we together and didn't up charge us. The massages were fantastic and loved the foot soak before. Would definitely go back!”

“My husband and I go there every time we have a chance. The place is super clean and relaxing. The massage therapists are extremely polite and welcoming. I always ask for Sara, and never regret it. Their prices are also unbeatable. I much rather support their local business than pay for an overpriced massage in one of those chain places, where we all know that the massage therapists are not being compensated accordingly to the cost.”

“I made an appointment for a haircut and arrived 5 minutes early. I was told she just started cutting the hair of the appointment before me and it would be about 25 minutes until she got to me. That is just too long. It took me 30 minutes to get there. Couldn't they have called to let me know they were behind? No one came out to apologize. The stylist could have called me later to say sorry. My time is valuable too and lack of common courtesy is inexcusable. I won't go back.”

“Go to the website says walk ins welcome, it's 11.39, tell the brother I'm just trying to get my beard lined up and the guy says unfortunately he has no more open slots for the day and refers me to go to mall of America. Mind you there are at least 6 chairs in the shop but only one person in there. If walk ins are not welcome then say that on your website and I don't have to waste my time coming to an establishment that doesn't want my business. I'm lazy because I went you your 2 dollar outdated website that said walkins are welcome? I see now why you only had one person in there working, I'm sure with that sorry attitude of yours no one wants to work at the trash establishment with bugs all over the floor”

“I love this day spa - especially the sauna and heated tiled pool chairs. Recently, I had a manicure which looked good, but they didn’t cut or file the tips of my nails (they filed the top of my nail, which seemed off). They also didn’t massage my hand very well. The person who did my nails was very sweet but the appointment started late and it seemed like a lot of details were off or missing. Everyone has off days, maybe I just happened to be there on an off day? It really is a beautiful place to relax.”
