“when i got to the salon the stylist informed me that they didn't have enough time to wash and blow dry my hair. i was excited to get the full salon experience. i ended up paying 55$ for a 12 minute DRY hair cut and a bad experience. my friend got her hair washed, cut AND blowdried for 10$ less. they did not inform me that i would have a “level 5” stylist and i had to pay EXTRA for a bad haircut. informing your customers of these types of details is crucial for the customers experience with your company. not cool. WONT be back ever.”
