“Cleanliness I give 2/5. There was quite a bit of hair on the table where you can put your belongings. That table looks like it hasn’t been wiped down for weeks. Change over cleaning from the last client was less than a minute. The table was still wet and looked like it was only wiped down in the middle of the bed where the towel is put down for a Brazilian wax. I could see grease stains at the head of the bed probably from hair, so I used those provided wipes and cleaned the bed really quickly. Her work station has black spots on it. I’m not sure if it was old wax that just kept getting wiped over, instead of getting scraped off. 3/5 for the service. I felt she was rushing because she was busy, so it hurt more than usual. She was very nice though trying to distract me from the pain which I appreciated. Pricing was good, but I don’t think I’ll go back.”

“Shared a special visit with my Aunt to this wonderful day spa. I was visiting from Ontario and my Aunt is regular client at Amora Day Spa. I enjoyed the staff and services I received. Relaxing, warm and friendly atmosphere. I was able to get some gifts to bring home for people as well. I really am happy I had the chance to meet all the wonderful people who treat my Aunt so well. Thank you all so very much!”

“Recently I picked up an online order, but 2 days later I realized I was missing 1 of the items from my order. I phone the store with very little hope anything could be done days later, but Samantha went above and beyond and looked thru video footage to find out what happened. My item fell out of the bag before it was given to me, so I was able to pick it up today. Amazing customer service! Thanks again Samantha.”
