“I’ve been to the spa here several times but this is the first time I’ve reviewed it. This past week I went solo and just for a massage. It was a hectic, day and I immediately calmed down when I walked into the reception area. The staff is wonderful and so accommodating. The facilities are top notch and they use quality products. I had a massage with Kia and she got every knot and ache out of me while still making it super relaxing and pleasant. If you need a day to yourself or want to go with a group, this is your place. There are so many treatment rooms and options and they have a locals discount.”

“This is my 2nd time having massage here and both has been a great experience. I had 60 min full body massage with hot stones, cleanliness, pressure everything was on point. I’ll definitely come back again with my wife next time. Also, strongly recommend Kait if you prefer strong deep tissue massage - she was great! I just wish they brush their teeth or use a mouthwash after eating and not breathe garlic and onion to your face while you try to relax and enjoy the massage.”

“Overall, the massage and Spa were good. Certainly not Vegas quality however. The check out process was a mess. The one person at the desk was on the phone with presumably a customer, and I waited 16 minutes before she waited on me. She should have done one of two things: 1. She should have helped me while on the phone, 2. She should have called for help. The one thing you need to FIX is, when the massage tech is telling you about all the upgrades and creating chit chat, the customer should NOT be charged for this time in the 50 minute massage time allotted. I was, so my massage was 40 minutes (not 50) since she talked for 10 minutes at the beginning. This is a REAL issue and should be addressed by senior management.”
