“I wanted to treat myself for a special occassion, and going by the positive reviews, I couldn’t wait to book. The masseuse was late by nearly 10 minutes and finished 10 minutes early, which was such a ripoff. In addition, she provided the most laziest massage and just swirled my feet with a little stick. I asked her if she can do a proper massage and she just kept saying, ‘in a minute, in a minute’. $80 is a lot of money for me to fork out to be highly disappointment and get nothing out of a service. When I pointed out that she was nearly 10 minutes late and finished 10 minutes early, she laughed and kept denying it. It ruined my special occasion and wasted my money. Never again.”

“Neha was absolutely brilliant, he cut was top quality, her advice on the style cut and product fantastic and also natural ways to colour the half half look I have been trying to grow out. Best service I have had in years. Rest of team was great too. There computer system crashed and they handled the growing cue beautifully. Wonderful experience all round”
