We have tried many hair salons in the past, but nobody was able to make a smooth blend when change trimmer guards, but Aziz did. My son always looks neat and well-groomed after the visit. “If I could rate 0 stars I would! This is the second time I’ve been in this location in the last week. With the holidays, my daughter had a few things on her list from Sephora. I was being watched as if I were going to steal… I gave my husband the items to pay for and walked out as the staff following me made me feel uncomfortable. Most recently, today Dec. 30. 2023. I walked in at 6:50 pm. I didn’t realize the store closed at 7. My daughter and I were approached right at 7 pm with an aggressive “hello we are closed.” I told the staff I was looking for a colour and she said “ I am sold out”. The masked dark hair women stood there for me to leave. I understand closing is at 7. However, never have I experienced this type of behaviour by a customer service representative. Maybe make an announcement stating that the store is closed and ask for last shoppers to kindly start finalizing their purchases. Don’t rudely go up to a customer and tell them the store is closed and that they have to leave. This is unacceptable. My daughters are in customer service while in school and I would be appalled if they treated people the way I was treated.”

“I have been going here for many years. I like that when I arrive, I’m acknowledged. Tina, Veronica and Anthony always have a smile and make me feel welcomed. I have had services from different people over the years and have been seeing Tammy consistently for a while now. I like how Tammy is knowledgeable and if I want something done that might be a bit out of the ordinary, she will explain what’s involved and cost. What I most like is that Tammy not only does her job professionally, she is personable and cares that her clients are happy. I suspect that most of the employees care about customer satisfaction, hence their dedicated clientele. Thanks for helping me to look great!”

“DO NOT GO HERE. I first went to this location with my son and the hair dresser basically ignored most the things I wanted for his hair cut. My wife was angry at me that it didn’t turn out the way she wanted it for him. So I thought it was a one off. I was in a rush and all I needed was a very basic buzz cut for my hair. She did the buzz then started to clean up the sides and she complete scraped and cut the back of my neck. When I jumped in pain she tried to say it was a ingrown hair she must have hit. Which didn’t make sense after looking at it. Makes sense why she never used a mirror to show the back of my neck at the end. Which the line to square it off was crooked and the cut on my neck. The she asked how I wanted my side burns. And did the complete opposite and buzzed an inch gap between my hair and my beard looking ridiculous. I was furious and she kept apologizing. And for some reason, I paid for the haircut as she was apologizing, which is not a good sign. After getting home and showering with the back of my neck, stinging from cut in the water, I decided to call back and ask for my money back. They said that wouldn’t be a problem. They just have to go through the manager which is in the next day. I came in the following day and the manager wasn’t in and come in the next day. So I came in the next day I explained what happened to the manager and she just shrugged and said “so”. I asked for my money back and she said “for what because of your sideburns? I’d understand if she laid cut you or left a bald spot”. I said she did cut me and she said “Your neck is just sensitive.” But like she has the right to judge how I feel about my haircut she refused to give me my money back and she try to embarrass me in front of a bunch of people. Great to know it’s based off how satisfied they are and not their customers. I have a suit and tie event and I look ridiculous. Do not go here.”
