“Counter staff at the front desk are extremely unhelpful and do not have the skill set or manners to help clients. I have been going to Therapie for Botox Treatments for 5 plus years now. Many of the injectors are highly professional and excellent at their job. However, increasingly, I am finding the girls who stand at reception unwelcoming and dismissive. I was promised a call back yesterday because a treatment did not go as planned. The call back never came. I knew leaving that the call would not be made; the counter staff were busy conversing with each other about other things. Rescheduling another appointment for me was not important. I used to recommend Therapie to friends. Now I would be embarrassed to. The welcome, help and advice from the front desk is unprofessional and cold.”

“Went today to the Dr Bonny clinic for a non surgical nose job , this was my first time ever getting any type of treatment and I was super nervous. But as soon as I entered I was made to feel so welcome and at ease , I was treated by nurse Emma who was AMAZING! So lovely and friendly and made me feel completely at ease and comfortable and explained everything professionally... 5 stars isn't enough to give to them, and I loved my results! Can't wait to go back again... I won't be going anywhere else, totally recommend this amazing clinic and Staff! Thank u so much! 💓”

“I am a male in my mid fifties and more recently decided that I would need to get a wee touch up on the old facial hair etc! I have never had the confidence to visit any sort of groomers and request such things as ear waxing, nasal waxing, maybe even eyebrow tinting. A friend recommended Shankey Groomers and decided to bite the bullet and go. I can only say that I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable, by Emmaline the beautician on site. Emmaline is so professional with her work, but also has a great warmth and fun about her, which made my nervous first visit end up so relaxing. I now look forward to my monthly appointments to have my grooming needs catered for and a good catch up with Emmaline. .”

“I feel like new after leaving this place. I got the 20 min neck, shoulders and back massage with Maree and will definitely be back. Despite my partner and I walking in with no appointment on boxing day, they welcomed us and were very friendly the whole time. The room was beautiful, and very clean, and I was offered water before beginning (+sweets while waiting), which I loved! Maree was lovely to talk to and gives an amazing massage, exactly what my back and neck needed! We highly recommend this place!”
