“We went Sunday, September 24, 2023. This was my first professional massage. I believe Alex did my massage, and he was awesome (and strong). I was apprehensive, being a larger person, but it was an amazing experience. When I asked him about his experience with larger bodies, he explained he use to work for a football team in NY, and it was evident. He really got in there, as I asked for deep tissue. The staff is pretty young, and there was one guy there who didn't seem to enjoy his job, but that was my friend's problem HAHA; I didn't have him. Apparently, he complained that he was supposed to be off work during my friend's massage. The young lady who checked us in was personable.”

“Fantastic experience. Myself and two of my friends dropped in to get manicures with no appointment. Though they were busy, they got us in immediately, sat us next to each other and did an incredible job on my nails. The manager, Kelly, was an absolute delight and so welcoming. Stephen did my nails and WOW. His attention to detail was remarkable. He did a great job on my nails and was so polite. This is the best manicure I’ve ever had. I’m obsessed! It’s my new favorite place!”

“Pros: Loved loved loved my massage therapist. Honestly, he gave the best massage I’ve had to-date. I frequently get massages but my therapist included so many little details to the session—hot stones resting on my palms, hot towel on my feet to warm them up prior to beginning, breathing exercises to relax, and finishing off each area of the body with subtle placements of his hands and pressure to make it a seamless transition and flow to the next area of focus. I felt incredibly comfortable, because he made an extra effort to assure me that I was in complete control of the session if something didn’t feel right. The cupping technique used was 100% the most effective session I’ve had to-date as well. Con: Only one and I will mention, that it was partially my fault. Thin strands of my hair kept getting caught under his forearms and hands when he focused on my neck and shoulders. I misplaced my hair tie when changing into my robe in the locker room and winged it. I have very long hair and extensions so it made me nervous when it would get caught or hung up. I did mention it, and I do believe he tried to avoid this mishap but felt like I had to keep reminding him. Again, I definitely could’ve prevented this from happening if I would’ve had a hair tie in, or if a head band was offered. I’ve been to Woodhouse before and a hair band wasn’t offered in the past either. Still, this place was worth the extra add-ons. I had a gift card and upgraded the massage with personal funds to a 180 min hot stone massage with cupping. I’m beyond grateful for the gift card I received from a family member, and I’m so glad I chose the additional upgrades. I’ll definitely be back (with a hair tie) soon guys ; ) Thank you for the experience!”

“I had a really nice experience at the Lotus room! I was able to snag a last min Restore Massage appointment with Mollie. I loved that the massage studio was inside a home with different rooms for check-in, waiting, and where you get your massage. The home was welcoming and soothing to walk into. The only thing I would be aware is if you make a Wednesday 10am appointment— it seems the yard gets lawn service so for a few minutes of my massage we were accompanied by the acoustics of a leaf blower/lawn mower. Not the most relaxing sound to decompress to!”
