He was very gentle, listened to my placement request, and kept me distracted with conversation. The piercing itself just felt like a quick and easy pinch after the clamps were placed. “My party of 6 drove 3 hours to schedule here and we had the most wonderful experience with Heather! She completely rebuilt dresses for me (added sleeves, changed colors/lengths, made them fuller, etc) to fit the vision my party was having for each dress. We never asked a question that she did not have an answer for. The location and room are beautiful and the selection is unrivaled. Everything is beautifully curated and made the decision so hard until we found the ONE (on my first appointment). No matter if you want something traditional, tendy, glitter, simple, short, long, doesn’t matter. They WILL have something you love. They have been so incredibly accommodating and are an absolute pleasure every single time I speak with them on the phone. Their manager, Jesse, is stellar and wonderful to fulfill requests. Attaching pictures of dresses I loved but didn’t quite compare to the final pick (we have not had the wedding yet and don’t want to post it anywhere!)”

“We went with a group of ladies to get pedicures/manicures. The had seats for us, but then we sat with our feet in the water for more than 30 minutes before being helped. The nail polish that they used on me basically separated as it dried so I already have cracks in the polish. But the most offensive thing was as I was waiting for my nails to dry, they took the toe separators from the lady on my left and immediately used them on the lady on my right. It definitely didn’t give me confidence that any of the tools that they used are clean!”

“I was very hesitant about doing a boudoir shoot. For many reasons, insecurities and completely outside of my comfort zone, just to name a few. But, I took the leap and would do it again! Janet is absolutely amazing from start to finish!! She made me feel so comfortable before, during and after my session. I was completely amazed at how relaxed I was during my shoot. Best of all, my pictures came out absolutely beautiful!! If anything, do this for YOU!! You won't regret it. Janet is very down to earth, she has an amazing studio and an art for photography.”

“This store has gone downhill in the past year. Anybody that was good at the salon has left. The workers are rude and the salon cancels appointments 1 hour before. Let you try that and they'll charge you for your appointment anyway. It's not right at all. I'm diamond status but am not wasting my time or money there anymore.”

Well, I’m on day 2 of having my hair dyed and it’s bleeding on my shirts and I have a massive headache. Overall, my experience was great and will recommend the salon because my hair looks amazing!!”
