“Be careful with this company. The customer service is terrible. They don't care about their clients. 4 days ago I sent an email with a kind request to send me my contract - it's been already 5 days I haven't heard from them. They ignored me. There is also a problem with the temperature of the water. I lost a few sessions because the water in the swimming pool was too cold for me - it was 26 degrees and I don't have the proper clothes to do the sport for 1 hour in the cold water. Have in mind that they advertise their swimming pools "aqua biking in 28 degrees swimming pool"! which is written on the window in Réaumur Studio. Finally, after many questions and arguing with me (???) that 26 degrees is perfect they explained me why the temperature changes and that sometimes it can happen like this. OK. I thought, I will accept it and sometimes I ask before entering the pool what is the temperature. Last time the lady at the counter, she lied to me. What is the problem to tell me what's the temperature of the water? She was rude and she told me that I can check by myself (???). I pay 149€ per month and I lost the whole pleasure of visiting AquaBy. AquaBy has so many positive comments because they promise you some gifts for a review - which btw I have never received for my previous review. The last email from them is "the water in our studios is always between 27-29 degrees) - why do you lie to your customers? It's not true. I can feel the difference and I know when it is 26 - it's very cold. 27 - it's fine. 29 - we had never such warm water. Maybe for kids. The classes and the teachers are amazing - that was my first review of this place. I also read that there are some tricky points in the contract you sign with them, that's why I asked them to see my contract - no reply till now. Big DISAPPOINTMENT. Instead of making the client feel taken care of, they ignore you. For 149€ per month!”

“I am a client of this salon, since 5 years now. I had the most wonderful time while i did my Keratine with LEA. The keratine can be a very unpleasant process but she did a very good job, very calm and professional during the whole process! I went back to do my color last Saturday and i made a mistake on my appointment but i was lucky enough there was a lady named Jasmine who helped me fixing the problem. She was patient, she made few calls and found a solution. I did my hair color with a lovely Gentleman named Ahmed. He listened to me and found the best solution for my hair, mostly for the parts of my hair that i didn't liked. I loved the experience! I felt so good and positive afterward. Highly recommend this salon and these gorgeous people, who are welcoming and always a pleasure seeing them <3”

“The environment is very nice. It’s cozy and gives you a feeling of oriental mystery. The massage therapist I had was very attentive. She always asked whether her pressure was strong or weak when she sensed I had any reaction. She spoke good French and also good English. I don’t speak French well but communicating with her in English was easy. I ran too much these days and her massage saved my body! The front desk is also very nice. Scheduling is easy. They also give you a very cute slice of pineapple when you finish the massage session!”

The instructors and the staff are super friendly and pay a lot of attention to everyone in the class. The workouts have a lot of variety and I always leave super energized and happy! “Perfect location to relax and reset when visiting Paris. I booked a Okari Moon session with added massage and it was perfect. After a long flight from Australia I wasn’t able to access my hotel so was looking for way to waste some time and also to feel normal again.
