“One of the best Thai massage outside Thailand. Yesterday I had a 1 hour Thai massage and honestly, it gave me a new body and shoulders back! I also learnt that the name Kenika means "a place of the king' relaxation" which totally reflect this place. So nice and clam, as well as well maintained. I am not at all surprised that this place have earned top ranking from the Trip advisor every year. I will definitely go back again.”

“First time writing a bad review for a barber shop. Bad service and the woman does not care about the customer. Ignores customer's request. Told her to shorten more the side and stop cutting the top but she does the opposite. After finished cutting, she did not even dry the customer's hair and left it wet. They just want to be fast (hair cut lest than 15 minutes) and take money from the customer. You pay what you get in Madrid, 11€, its a joke. I don't understand where they get good reviews from 😂😅”

“They canceled our reservation without notice and we only found out by chance when we called to check if we needed to bring our own towels and slippers. The fact that they didn’t even care to notice us that they had closed the spa to do some work and we found out 1 hour before is why they get a 1 star review 👎🏻 It took 3 weeks to get our money back! If you are in Madrid and wants to go to a spa I would recommend to book another place. We went instead to Huella Al Ándalus which was really good value for the money.”

“I had breast augmentation surgery not even a week ago, and I couldn't be happier, even without knowing the real result yet, but as the recovery is going, I can say that I am very, very happy, although the best thing about this clinic They are them, from the girls who advise you in the best possible way to the surgeon who works magic and we all leave with a smile no matter what the operation is. I entered the operating room crying because I was very, very nervous, but thanks to Nika who never let go of my hand I managed to laugh until the surgery began. Dr. Graffe came to see me earlier, he put me at ease, and it was a pleasure to talk to him the next day because everything had gone wonderfully. But my favorite person in this process has been Gabriela, who has been helping me even on days when she shouldn't have, always answering me and calming me down when she knew I was hysterical. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart because what started out as something that had me quite nervous and overwhelmed has ended up being one of the best experiences of my life. I don't want to be annoying, but I will always be grateful for the human part of this entire group of professionals!!!”
