“The massage therapist who worked on me was great. The experience was relaxing and great. My training partner told me his experience was the same. The decor was nice. The room was nice and well appointed. The hot towel was nice. The salt room looked cool, however I really don’t know if it did anything for my lungs or health. Kind of one of those things you have to research about I guess. We only booked the salt room for 30 minutes and was told that someone would come by and get us at the end of 30 minutes. No one came to get us and I was actually supposed to run errands so I just got up to leave in a hurry. The only thing that really pissed me off was the fact that my training partner during checkout was asked several times to tip 20% based on the total of the massage AND salt room which the masseuses were not involved in any way. The salt room is a machine and not the icing on the cake experience you would expect. My partner tipped 18% on the services we received which is what I consider a good tip for our experience. After he had done so the admin or owner gave him attitude about it. Usually when we go to massage spas they always say, “Thank you. We appreciate your business. Please come and see us again.” Instead my training partner got a sour look from the admin or owner and was inappropriately asked to increase the tip several times. Look he tipped 18% on the services of the masseuse NOT the salt room. It was an okay experience because we get lots of massages all the time from spas all over the world and the ending just kind of turned it into a terrible experience from a professional standpoint on the admin and not reflective of the massage therapists.”

“very sweet people but I did have some troubles coming here. This isnt my regular salon, but I decided to give them a try. my manicure isnt the worse thing i’ve had on my hands before. i feel like the lady was genuinely trying her best & she took her time doing them. the white french tip is a little too big, in my opinion, but that’s only because im picky. on the other hand- the lady who did my feet was also sweet, but she did hurt me a couple of times. she cut my toes a little too short to my liking & once she started to file them, i flinched back to let her know it was hurting me, overall the work itself was great!”

“Been here 3 times 1st time I felt like they are overpriced; Overlay and gel polish… $65 normally I get a pedicure with it for 20 bucks more..oh well I live in this area now. 2nd time I got a pedicure $55 burned my foot with the hot stone and didn’t feel as soft and good later on in the bed maybe it’s their products 3rd and last time. Asked for a Fill In and gel polish. Asked to do them thick please. He finished the first hand. I said. These are not thick can you do my right hand thicker (I’ll deal with it). He said it’s going to be a full set. How. My nails are short as hell. But I just nicely said. Nevermind. Cancel the gel I’m not spending another dollar with you all I get done is charged me $30 Guess who’s acrylic chipped off. Gel polish is thicker than my acrylic nails I have to go pay for another full set now Never in my 25 years of getting my nails done thick was told they charge more Won’t be going back”
