“This company seems very money hungry and not very concerned about their clientele. If you can't make your appointment, they require you to cancel within 24 hours or they charge you half of your treatment. This is completely understandable but we all know life happens sometimes. I was admitted for emergency surgery and was unable to make my appt. I kindly call and let them know minutes before going into surgery that I wouldn't be able to make my appointment and still was told I'd have to come out of pocket with over $100 to cover my cancellation fee. I was instructed to email "upper management" as they might be able to waive any additional charges. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for a response to that email, it has been nearly a week. It's mind blowing that something like unplanned, emergency surgery wouldn't constituent any human empathy from anyone at this company. I suppose even death wouldn't get you out of their ridiculous cancellation policy. Definitely not a place I want to continue to frequent. UPDATE: I was finally contacted by management and was given a credit for the amount I was charged. They're cancellation policy has been updated to 48 hours so hopefully all the clientele will be able to accommodate this change.”

“This was a lovely little spa tucked away in Dallas. My best friend, and I went to Riviera spa to get a facial and a massage, and neither of us were disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly and offered us mimosas to enjoy while we were in the waiting area. The ambience was soothing, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the services we received.”

“The best banya in Texas, it doesn’t get better than this. Our every experience in the “Russian Banya” is very pleasant and enjoyable. It has this specific Slavic vibe to it and I absolutely love it because it reminds me of home. The banya itself is pretty big, it can fit many people and it doesn’t get too crowded. And banya temperature gets really hot, especially if you splash water on the rocks - your gym sauna doesn’t even stand near. There is aroma therapy every day and the owner Misha makes it truly unforgettable. The cold plunge is COLD, not for the weak. Decent 45F (6C) water temperature makes you see what you’re made of. The price is you pay $70 + tip and you can go for the entire week for as much time as you want, in my opinion it’s 100% worth it. If you get a monthly or yearly membership then it’s cheaper. They also have additional massage services, venik, and you can buy a banya hat :) There is delicious Slavic cuisine restaurant and the food really reminds me of my grandma’s. Make sure you don’t skip dessert :) As a Ukrainian, it makes me very happy that “Russian Banya” stands with Ukraine and I will gladly bring my friends here and come back again. Thank you!”

“When I walked into this store there were two employees chatting and didn't greet me. Then a woman walked in the store behind me and they greeted and helped her. No one asked me if I needed any help the whole time I shopped around for five different products. I heard and saw the employees greet and send off every other customer that came and went. It was very suspicious considering there were men, women and children being attended to besides me. Treat every customer with the same respect and hospitality. Period. The cashier ID: 3628542 was lovely and she was the best part of my visit.”

“10000/10 would recommend!! The spa is clean and open when you walk in, the front staff is friendly and I’m obsessed with my new lips!! I got lip filler and flip from Alisha, who was absolutely incredible. She was so tentative during my consultation and listened to my frustrations I had experienced when I got filler done previously (not at the same spa or person) and made me feel so comfortable during my entire appointment. It was night and day difference and so were the results! I am sooooo in love with my lips and am so grateful I found her and this place!”

“UPDATE; although I’m keeping my review below, The lovely owner did reach out to me and I am very pleased with the way she handled the situation. I do plan to give them another try. Iris is great! She did my full set the very first time I came here, as well as the last two times and I haven’t had any complaints or issues! She is very friendly and gives me just what I want every time! Unfortunately, this last time around, my pedicure was not as good. I came in the next day just to get a polish change because the polish did not dry well and looks messy. They wanted to charge me $12 for this when I literally was just there the day prior and paid $50. My pedicure itself wasn’t even done well (which I wasn’t even going to complain about at first,) I still have so much dead skin on the bottom my feet and my toes just looks a mess like I never had them done. I am very disappointed with the customer service here and although I love Iris, I will not be back.”
